Pohx's 2.2 Ice Trapper. HC/SC/Atziri/High Maps

Ive been following this build and i love it, this is my first poe char and having a great time.Could somone please explain to me how imortal call works ? the gem in the gloves im not sure what endurance charges are or how i get them using this build

It's late here and I am tired, so bear with me while I try to explain this, and I apologize in advance if I leave anything out. To start, every character gets 3 endurance charges. You can get more from the tree or from item mods/corruptions. You can generate them from endurance charge on melee stun gem, enduring cry gem, or from cursing monsters with warlord's mark. Immortal call still works without endurance charges for .4 seconds which is the base duration. Having that alone could be just enough to escape certain death. If you do have endurance charges, immortal call expends them to increase the duration, so that you can avoid damage even longer.

You use orb of storms linked with increased critical strikes to proc elemental overload, pretty easy to have 100% uptime on it with orb of storms.

Is Doryani's catalyst or Divinarius any good for trapper? Or rare weapons are better?

I'm so confused about your choice of Explosive Expert over Demolitions Specialist in the Saboteur tree. Basically 8% ele pen over 20% flat damage plus other cool mine perks? Feels like I'm missing something. I know you use smoke mines so the mine damage doesn't interest you, but 20% flat dmg just for blowing up a mine? Idk. Seems weird to pass that up for 8% pen.

Traps don't proc overload. Orb of storms does. Which is supported by increased critical strikes. You don't need ice trap to crit, you need it to do more damage.
I am running your build in softcore and its really effective .Pohx what end-game gear would you use in softcore ?

I have some questions regarding modifying the build.

I am currently following your build to immense success, but i found out that i love triggering immense firestorms with minefield - is there a way for me to modify the build to work for clustertrapping firestorms while preserving the same level of evasive survival as your fantastic build?

Should i double tap into poison firestorm with 2xCD daggers? In that case, would Elemental Overload work if the elemental damage of firestorm is converted into chaos/poison? I don't know if "more" modifiers can be added into the middle of a conversion.

What is the suggested 6L setup please , I might have missed it somewhere reading through this. Love the build so far. First trapper I have ever played but very inspiring thanks Phox.
