The labyrinth is both boring and frustrating

I like the labyrinth. Just the RNG for helmet enchantments is a bit too much probably.

The Labyrinth is very well balanced. I doubt GGG will need to tweak it very much from here on, which is, given their atrocious track record with balancing new content, quite a miracle in itself. So...yeah.

Indeed. Very well balanced it seems so far.

Could maybe replace labyrinth with a video clip, that has to be watched, that has an old pantless man making "the helicopter" for 1 hour... equally fun, same requirements for brainwork, also is as related to this game as these idiotic puzzles, so why not?

Fits current concept perfectly imo, since clearly it was to destroy the gameplay experience this game used to have, with something not needing brain, only patience, and such amounts of time that many do not have. Perfect fit.

If I wish to play puzzle game, I'm sure I find one online that is more stable and has faster load times... is there any good reason I do not know about, to use PoE as a puzzle game engine? Compared to those browser games? If there is, I'd wish to hear it, then maybe I will have a reason to play PoE some day.

But to fill needs for ARPG or hack'n slash game, PoE is no longer no good, if casual player. As a puzzle game it's maybe still viable, if load times get faster. GGG could maybe delete all other game content to improve this? No big loss, since have no time anymore for any of that anyways... thanks to those endless labyrinths that are clearly meant for little kids who have lot of spare time.

This killed the game, this patch... :I

Yeah, nevermind the record-shattering influx of new players that broke the servers multiple times over the course of the first day.

I really like this content, actually. For once, difficulty isn't coming from cheapness. Good job, GGG.

Maybe you should realize that this game is what GGG programs it to be (and what the community makes of it). Because of that, the Labyrinth clearly is very related to PoE, it is an integral part of it. Now, you may dislike that part, but stating that it is not related to PoE is simply factually wrong.

And I assume that it is going to stay. Again, you might dislike that, and you can state that. If you want to be happy, though, I would suggest you look at it, give constructive feedback and learn what you can do with it. Just a friendly hint :).

There have been parts in this game that I did not like, but I tried to give constructive feedback / offer alternative ideas rather than stating that "this is not PoE because you know, I know what PoE is and GGG doesn't!".

Better make room in heart for Britney Spears music also then, because I heard has broken some records with sales... atleast if using this logic above, must be absolute masterpieces, her songs. Marketing, on the other hand, SURELY has nothing to do with these types of things... only the actual content of the product, right?

Maybe misread something of my post? Was my opinions, not saying they are facts. This not poewiki, is feedback forum. Really sorry about my wrong opinion about adding puzzles to this, did not meant to hurt Your feelings, was just my OPINION about this and thought this forum is right place for it.

Besides, adding the helicopter-dude video, would also then just make it game content, so what is the difference really? :) Please do not say, You KNOW that would not fit this game? GGG does know if it fits, not You, so was legit idea as far as we know.

POE is fucking arpg.I want kill mosters and pick up loot, not solve puzzles and dodge some retarted traps, there are other games for that.

play maps then

if you want ascendancy points i bet you can force yourself to complete the lab 3 times

Really?

Is that what GGG wants? That their players would have to force themselves to do something that they find annoying in the extreme, in order to gain access to a core feature of the game?

Is this the future of gaming? Anita Sarkeesian thinks so. I've heard that woman say "Games don't necessarily have to be fun". But then again, [Removed by Support]

I've offered my constructive feedback: add waypoints in the lab. Then the white knight crusaders come and tell me how wrong I am and how fun the lab is. Very constructive.

Are you suggesting that game developers are incapable of losing touch with their playerbase and/or losing their way?

Surely not. I mean, look at the abortion that is Duke Nukem Forever. I think the fans of the previous games in the series DO have a better grasp on what Duke Nukem was supposed to be than the devs did. Do you require more examples? I don't really feel like digging up references and such, but there are plenty of games that got porked by a so-called expansion or new installment.

Oh wow you really just told us exactly what sort of horrible person you are. Oh. Wow.

It says right here, I'm a horrible person.

And they weren't even testing for that.

But in all sincerity... Do you think that crazy [Removed by Support] is something good for the gaming world? Soon you will be staring at overweight scions and wooden-legged witches if she has her way.
