You need to focus primarily on ES, but adding in some evasion can be very useful as well :)

I'm really new to the game and have some questions.

Regarding the gear. Do i really need the uniques like the lifesprig wand and the reveberation rod? If yes, can i get them on my own? or do i need someone to trade?

Second question is concerning arc. Atm i am still using freezing puls because it seems i get way more dps from that than arc. What makes Arc better?

Will it work if made in a witch? The passive tree can be almost untouched just swapping the first 5 templar nodes for the first 5 witch spell damage nodes, but talking about gear and surviving can I follow this? Thanks LNB!
