[2.3 Video Guide] Inquisitor's FREEZE Arc Crit Build! [HC/SC Viable]

I'm at a bit of a crossroads at the moment. I'm very close to 74 in HC perandus and looking at moving into EB+MoM. My concern is that i only have 4700 HP with all but the two nodes to Heart and Soul (+12% life). What I've done instead is, I've stacked ES and taken ghost reaver while running Discipline. This puts my ES @2300 with room to improve and my HP at 4700. I find it super comfy because if my ES gets chewed up quick, i know i need to back out of my current situation but i can tank most normal encounters easily with ghost reaver + life leech.

If i go MoM + EB with Arctic Armour, will it offer the same tank? Obviously DPS is irrelevant when you're dead.

My current gear for reference

Hey guys, im pretty new to the game and im trying to follow this guide 1:1. So far so good. I know i need to step up my HP/ES game but what bothers me is i have no idea how to increase on damage. I Think my weapons is pretty good and thats the problem too, if i cant find a better weapon how to impove on damage?

Spoiler

I used this before but i switched to the dagger for the Whirling Blades

I thought the dagger would be a huge damage bump but the dps turned out pretty much the same as with my wand. I couldnt really find better wands/daggers on poe.trade so im kinda lost.

welp. :(

This build is fantastic,t12 maps are a walk in the park,however....I was really getting stressed with reflect mobs,i have changed the build a little and with half cheap gear you can run life leech dumping mind over matter and ghost giving you a lot more survivability.I will link my build and gear for anyone to see ,hope it helps people.

you are using eb, how do you refill your es?
the mana cost is huge and you have 100% reserved mana, i dont see how do you keep it up

Sorry i have been away last few days.

My ES is about 1500 once out (if i run out ) it will refresh in a few seconds.
The survivability totally is worth it for maybe a couple of seconds refresh time here and there.
I have also changed some gear out for more life .
I will pm you add me to steam and you can have a look for yourself how it works mate.

So after picking up a nice 6 link ES chest
Spoiler

I decided to go hybrid life/ES and not worry about EB or MoM for Hardcore Perandus

So now im running Disc, AA and Herald of ice with Clarity sitting on life.
At lvl 76 with my current gear i have 3400ES, 4900 Life, way over res cap and +10% chaos res. Only 9.5k dps tooltip not including hypothermia which will be swapped for Empower, so maybe closer to 12k. I'm pretty sure if i went MoM and EB i would have died by now or had to clear maps a lot lot slower.

Once i pickup Heart and Soul I'll start grabbing cast speed.

Current gear and tree below for hardcore.
I prefer the original method, but thinking outside the box is always good! The msot important thing is that you found a setup you like :)

The original build is great, but with tweeks its a lot better.I have changed a few bits of gear and tbh with the setup i had and dropping wrath using mana with a little bit of downtime this build is unstoppable

If I wasn't playing HC or had a group to map with i would 100% go the original build.
I spent my last 3 of 5 ex on the dagger and head crit on the dagger and mana regen and added eva on the head.

I am playing in HC myself, but fair enough =)

Doing awesome at the moment with this build. Here's my gear right now:

I'll have to change those boots eventually and get a better chest armor, but for now it's fine. 4.2K Life, 2K ES, almost 30K dps. Mobs are melting.
