Power charge consistency is still the main problem, but I'm level 80 now and my crit/dps is already high enough to 1-shot mobs. At this point, power charges are a bonus. Single-target dps has improved by spamming Storm Call. It absolutely melts bosses, and from a safe distance. Experimented with Ball Lightning, but it wasn't as flexible.

I just started building this after a recent rip but have built other crit arc, incin, EK builds. Using Lifesprig + Storm Prison and then switching to Reverb + Storm Prison has been the easiest and fastest I've ever leveled a caster. Faster than firestorm+flame totem, faster than pulse + fire trap.
Those 4 free power charges + freezing pulse just melts through packs and bosses. It's pumps your freezing pulse up to 20% crit chance which is a lot better than it sounds and is pretty much 100% uptime on charges.

Try it out, i think its better than duel life sprigs or life sprig + reverb.
