[2.4] FoxTactic's LVL100 Crunchy Frost Ninja Frostblades\wildstrike

I am almost 89 on this build and LOVING IT. This is the fastest clearing build I have ever played. I am having no troubles whatsoever clearing up to T12 maps and I'd guess my tooltip dps is around 115k with buffs.

I can't wait to see where the next few levels take me as I take it into harder content (drop maps drop!).

Oh and! if you are looking for a build that will enable you to fly through traps in the laboratory - this is your build :) It's tanky and fast as lightning.

I made a small adjustment to the tree. The only change is down by duelist, I replaced 2 DEX nodes and Kraitin 8% AS with 24% phys dmg and 12% accuracy. I think this is slightly better damage output and negligible defense loss.



Also I'm finding that Ice Bite is great for leveling - almost always at max frenzy charges

First of all great build, however I did have some questions. I am currently on around 28k DPS fully buffed and was wondering where I can make the greatest improvements, but more so how the damage scales. Is it gradually, or is it because of the cumulative effects of the %ual increases?

28k to 250k is a significant difference and I just want to know how it scales.

Heya Feroby. I went to your profile to look at your character's gear and you have it set to private. If you would like people to offer suggestions about how to increase your dps you could maybe make your characters public (if you like).

I will tell you from leveling my foxtactic frostblades to 93 that you definitely have growing spurts in DPS as your gems level and your gear changes. Small things can make dramatic differences. A new belt, a jewel, a ring - simple things can help you to reach your goals.

lvl 90 frosty ninja here. You guys think that The Taming would be a nice ring to go with this build?

Considering this build for 2.3. If the leveling is slow, how about going with arc/ball lightning/flameblast/W/E up until you get to 40-50 and get some decent uniques or foils?

I'm in same boat as you...Going to run this in prophecy. Since I'm starting scion, I was thinking Arc or Ball lightning as well. AT least till youg et melee splash or something to run dual stirke or whatever.

Will have to play it by hear... I am super excited to run this build though. Pretty neat one, thanks for posting Fox.

I was going to roll Scion for this in 2.3...But Now I am thinking of running Templar or Ranger.

Probably ranger since Templar looks stupid...

Hey just wanted to update on this build...

I have been playing it since the beginning of Prophecy and I am LOVING it. There is definitely a rough patch around the 20s-30s but once you get past that it's pretty much smooth sailing.

Ive been primarily running Frost blades, but Wild Strike is fun as well, but I don't find that it's clearing capabilities is as strong. Seems like FrostBlades just extends to more mobs.

WildStrike is definitely better for bosses...as is Dual Strike. But overall this build is extremely fun and fast paced, very little downtime. Tanky...and scales really well.

Level 61 atm. DPS is still in the meh range...running a 4L for main skills at the moment. Definitely need some gear upgrades.

Overall really fun though. Might switch to Wild Strike permanently depending on what I feel, Haven't decided yet.
