I dont see them saying they are going to change the crit multi roll on rare items to be 50% more effective to make up for the nerf.

this is a bit eyebrow raising as to what exactly it means, but is this essentially listing everything that is not being increased and hence suffers the nerf?
"all (non jewel) craftable item mods" well every mod on a rare is craftable, so does that not mean every rare mod outside of jewels is not being updated to a +50% value, and is hence getting the nerf?

I can't help but wonder what the crit nerf will mean for leech. 2.0 nerfed leech so hard that for a long time pretty much everyone just used life regen instead. One of the few situations in which life leech remained viable was if you were doing huge amounts of crit damage. If crit is being nerfed now, does that mean that another branch on the leech tree has just died?

I collected Agnerod staves which I wanted to trade in for the map in Standard after merge. Guess I can forget that, because the FUCKING FLASK has been utterly nerfhammered so only flippers can afford it now. (Not gonna pay 25ex for one now goddammit)
This legacy flask is mandatory and cannot drop in its form anymore. I see why Standard is not important balance-whise, but this is just sloppy. You should have been able to see, that this one stat is too useful to not have in the first place.
AND NERF IT RIGHT AWAY, in-midst of league, before a lot of people acquire that legacy flask.
This is the first time, I am really annoyed by some item going legacy. Never bothered before, but this is getting stupid..

Basically the new values for other items not specifically named, will be TBA as some put it, but it's a safe guess to assume ~50%.

I have a vinktars, I dont even use it on my crit arc witch, its not mandatory imo.

no they quite specifically stated that

which is "everything is nerfed by 33% across the board", then they say some specific things have been increased to escape the nerf and they list them. Its not safe to assume everything not mentioned is getting a 50% buff from what Im reading there. What I see is that its safe to assume everything not specifically mentioned falls into...

What about Talisman items/mechanics making it into core game? No mention of it in the notes.

So if i get this right,it did less damage that what you designed it to do due to a bug and when you fixed the bug you nerfed the skill cause it did the damage you designed it to do at the first place?
All I know is if this screws my character, like 2.0 screwed my CI flicker/double strike, I'm done with this shit; a 15 y/o game with shit graphics is batter than playing a game in which the developers keep fucking your character.
After all, it's not like you click a button and play; it takes a long time to collect the right *good items* for a well made build.
