[2.5] Greedy Roomba - MF Blade Vortex Assassin (63/329) - Atziri Viable - Solo T10+ (37/40) [Videos]
"I don't, general mapping I usually have 8-12 blades up and use warlords mark to leech the mana to maintain them. Watch the video above to see, I even killed Wasteland Voll without having 20 stacks before engaging and he dies in like 2 seconds. Against Izaro because there is no charges for Vaal Clarity I use a mana flask to get to max stacks. "Assassin Pros: Easy 85%+ crit and power charge generation, 100% more poison damage, can wear a shield, can do reflect maps with phys to lightning gem. Cons: Requires a way to poison (gem/cospri's/bleed), molten shell. Inquisitor Pros: Penetrates resists, shock/ignite/shatter anything, doesn't proc molten shell. Cons: Requires Moonbender's Wing for 100% elemental, elemental reflect is dangerous, requires Increased crit gem and diamond flask to hit 75%+ crit, need 2nd BV + PCoC to generate power charges. I'm a bit biased because I've played Assassin BV for three leagues now so I think Assassin is more flexible, able to do more maps and doesn't have to worry about rare mobs with reflect. I've only played Inquisitor to test the build, but I think for it to be safe you would want a Vinktar's against reflect mobs. IGN: MrG. Considering new bosses and Shaper, Might have to skip on corpi's and go CI/no shav low life for max es possible.

"That's what I'm thinking, I might finally test out that CI build, 6k life is good, but 10k+ ES definitely beats it. Getting a Shavs is probably out of the question and without Cospri's I'll need a way to apply poison or bleed which will most likely just be the gem and then get +1 curse from an amulet or a unique. Time to farm The Warden card and maybe Dapper Prodigy hoping for an ES base, I'm not rushing this league though - I'll see how far the life based build goes and then change things up later if it needs to. My last build didn't even have Taste of Hate or Vinktar and did Uber Atziri deathless - so it might be possible with more currency put into it. Probably not on hardcore though, ES rules again.. EDIT: That luck! First Zana she gives me Coward's Trial map and this drops:

why flame dash and whirl?
"Whirling blades can't go over ledges or teleport up to higher ground so I use Flame Dash for that - it's helpful in the Labyrinth and getting out of situations you might otherwise be trapped in. You can swap Whirling for Shield Charge if you use a shield - I want to test it now that I have a bit more movement speed, I still haven't even bought myself a fortify gem yet though! IGN: MrG.

" Shield charge is really fucking awesome at lower levels when your WB is slow, since Charge scales with your movement speed as well. Quicksilvers ftw! For try, for see, and for know.

what about CI gear? can u give some advices?
" The Consuming Dark??? Add chaos damage or add fire damage to apply chaos damage (in case of add fire dagger convert fire to chaos and mod "Your Chaos Damage Poisons Enemies" do rest of job). Or you can use Heral of Ash. |
"I think even with Added Fire gem, Herald of Ash and Added Chaos Consuming Dark wouldn't convert enough fire damage to Chaos to be worth it - it's only 30% now. There are other items that convert physical damage to chaos damage though and it would be interesting to test - Innsbury Edge (25%) and Lightbane (30%) - unfortunately if you wanted to use Consuming it would mean a max of 55% physical to chaos conversion. "ZiggyD is using Beast Fur Shawl at the moment, it gives 10% AoE and has decent ES. Aside from that I would still use the same shield (Rathpith) and most likely just use good ES rares for the rest of the gear, maybe Rainbowstrides to start out for boots - wouldn't need Skyforth unless you wanted to go Pathfinder or Witch.
