My thought : 1) Thanks GGG for letting us use the old system if we still want to 2) Thanks for improving it (hope the rest to come will be helpfull also) with this ingame feature 3) I do think that giving a free premium stash to everybody is a good thing, especially to let new players discover the new trading system you're promoting 4) Please make a sale on the "upgrade your regular stash to premium" soon :D 5) Thanks for your hard work ! I agree that the game shall have to implement due this changes ( and not completely implementing my idea ) the way for F2P users to harvest a Item Shop points. It is a bit of auto-goal for GGG. Good job. Your arguments don't apply to all people. This isn't about being stingy. This is about the game being true to their initial goal, to make a game that is not p2w. By your argument they can change that and make everything p2w and change their business model completely. Imagine if one day they decide to sell exalted orbs for dollars. They are a private company so they have the legal right to do what they want. However this isn't about legal rights. It's about respecting your community and also not engaging in false advertising. Also, your other argument that whoever opposes to this change is a hater, is non-sense. GGG isn't above criticism and you don't have to be a hater to disagree with something they do. I think that eventually GGG will realise their mistake and change this. If they don't it means one thing: They are desperate to get more money even if it means that this hurts their image. If this is the case we will see other desperate moves in the future and this can only hurt the game. Please... Take a second and quantify how big an advantage this actually is. Since you have to set the tab to public to list items for trade, people are concluding that this means only premium tabs can be used in this new system. Also at this point, if this was a misunderstanding wouldn't someone from GGG cleared it up by now? When u login from a different IP then the last time (or different client then before) u get an email verification code. It actually gets anoying if u travel a lot like I do, I have to get the code from my mailbox every hotel I'm at.. Another thing to consider is that the forum page was not made to handle huge amount of bots to index everything. I think this is a move in the right direction to make space for this game to grow. So long term I think it would be better to get rid of the forum trading idea (or not so long term). I would like to see what stages 2+ would be. I really like the idea of an auction house, but I know we will not go there since another arpg messed up the idea once, we are stuck trying to think creatively with QOL improvements without going the 'auction house' route.
