Procurement worked along couple of years now, never had any problem with and i think other ppl neither. From what the dev's said is pointing out what i said couple of replies before " were not willing to put in the effort to use them" so the ppl want it FREE (even they can get for free but they have to work on like 10 mins or so) and want it NOW, didnt saw any whining about Procurement.
I don't say Procurement doesn't work, I am not whining about it, Procurement is an awesome program if you ask me.

The players who want to sell stuffs fast but they simply dont care about to set up Procurement it's their problem and proof for what i said. Simple, you can set it up with 10 mins work and will works without any problem...FOR FREE!
What about players who just want to sell some of their stuff ingame, because to them using a third party program is very uncomfortable ? They have to use trade chat ? Fack them ?

It does the same what this system will. As you and the devs also said the refreshing time will be lower....but that not a case to call this game a p2w. You can still get what this tabs offering FOR FREE if you PUT AN EFFORT IN LIKE 10 MINS and set up Procurement. Its your decision!
Well the game is maybe not p2w (yet), but now Poe is definitely not f2p either. We will see if Procurement will survive to this, I'm not sure about that.
To me extra stash tabs were already borderline, and premium tabs confirm the p2w tendency of the game.

Fixed it for you.

After letting this stew in my mind for a few hours, I'm ready to react to it. First off, I think this is moving in the right direction. I would like to see a lot more of this type of thing with the trade integration -- using third party tools as a means to manage your account is not ideal. Although the most important thing with trade I would like to see is cross instance trading. Offline trading would be nice too but I could see how that might be associated with the auction house mentality and it isn't that big of a deal. In fact I don't trade much these days except for the currency I need (I get a lot of random currency but sometimes I want chaos orbs or fuses etc).
Now, my major criticism is that this should not be limited to premium stash tabs. I have paid for all of my stash tabs to be premiums, so my criticism isn't of personal desire or need. It is the simple truth that GGG sells regular stash tabs. If GGG didn't sell regular stash tabs I might be more on board with this idea, since it is the pay per perk mentality and buying a premium stash upgrade is fairly cheap -- you also don't need so many of them if your purpose is purely for trading, even one could be enough. However people have had the option to ignore the cosmetic bonuses of premium tabs (organizational superiority) and still contribute greatly to the game by purchasing additional stash tabs. These people should not be denied pay per perk features that you have not previously offered. These new features would have influenced their purchasing decisions. I feel that at the very least you should offer them the stash tab upgrades at a discount, preferably for at least a week to a month after the release of Ascendancy.
I think that my other objection is that this change seems to go against its own mentality. If you are trying to make the trade system easier and more convenient for the game, it seems very unusual to gate it behind a pay per perk system. If you were advertising it specifically as a way to sell premium stash tabs that is one thing, but it is being advertised as improvements to the trade system itself -- unless it is available to everyone for free it isn't. Although this isn't as big of an objection for the simple reason that people that wish to engage in trading heavily really need more than four stash tabs to begin with. Either that or run multiple accounts to mule.
What do you mean by cross-instance trading? I (singapore region, so is pretty much low pop) can easily trade with people from other regions... Personally though I do agree that this functionality should somehow be allowed for the non-paying masses. A compromise as mentioned would be either to provide a free premium tab, or convert an existing normal stash tab to premium.

RIP anyone who was scammed by buying regular stash tabs. It's depressing to see GGG hamstring something that significant amounts of people have wanted to see by limiting it to premium tabs.
"Yeah people are uncomfortable with giving their login details to third parties, pay us money so you won't have to!".
Thanks GGG, really looking out for your supporters.

Very well written ghoulavenger and I agree with you.
@Psaakyrn
He means the ability to trade without having to meet each other in the game. For example I trade with you while I'm in Act 3 and you are in a different zone or Act, preferably without needing to party with each other too.

Cross-instance trading means you can select someone name in chat and just press "trade", without first coming to his hideout. Also without leaving party, etc

yeah, can't wait for this....
i think, it only work with Premium Tabs because they are renameable.
So you can set a stash wide b/o.
and as they said, it is only the first improvement, so more will come.
Keep up the good work GGG,
love this game

To many posts to go and see if anyone asked. I payed for a stash tab bundle and have 10 stash tabs, but they are normal ones. Does this mean I will not be able to use this, and would need to upgrade my stash tabs? I really hope its not the case.

Uncomfortable = Lazy as fuck? If you meant "Uncomfortable" as the ppl dont feel their account safe or if in the whole thing any danger to use it why the GGG does allow to get your trade URL through their web? So sorry i dont see your point in there.

Honestly though, just use the official website to make your purchases.
AFAIK official site doesnt take money from steam wallet. (unless I am wrong) i even linked my steam acc.
I got no reason to take money out from my pocket when I got steam money sitting on my steam doing nothing.
eh ... since they block us, oh well... just f2p all the way :-)
