Well this looks meh compared to Talismans tbh. U get RNG chests with RNG amount of coins to find RNG Perandus to get RNG item.. TOO MUCH RNG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That "Coins" Icon was in game for quite a while, if they had planned this feature since back then, I'd be pretty impressed, more than I am now of how they had plans for ACT4 years before they mentioned act 3 released it.
From this video I think the Perandus League will be something like this: - Find chests, get the Coins - If you're lucky, you find this Merchant buddy and he will randomly sell a Unique Item You can buy it or skip it, and better luck finding him again with a better unique for sell.
