You could scrape off some bit of synergy from the Elementalist & Occultist. (Elementalist would be for Ele Wanders obviously...) Seems though Occultist would be the safest path though for Wanders IMO.

In order to get rid of clearspeed meta cap global movement speed at 100% but make all skills instant so everything feels great.

Occultist seems like it has potential!
