Strongest in any league. No legacy vinktar's? One passive point for Vaal pact and boom, good to go. Keep the same flask setup as I list for ranger. What curses do you choose now you're limited to one curse ? You leech from Vinkar's flask. If no legacy version, take Vaal pact. You also get leech from the boot enchant + Atziri's promise. Due to pathfinder and vinktar's this is the tankiest the build has ever been while doing the most damage its ever done since I created it in 2.1. Crazy strong and zero leech or reflect issues.
