pls tell me how to upgrade my gear. my dps tooltips is only 12k with all aura up, es now is sitting at 7.6k. have 2 ex yet to spend, skyforth is still out of my league now. Any advice will be appreciated |

" Nothing really can be upgraded for 2ex. Your gear is fine for the most part. I'd save up for a 6 link shavs over your current 5. Then worry about skyforth's. It will give you much more dps which equals more leech and survivability due to mobs dying faster then they can attack you. |

" I handle CB just fine with Master Surgeon, and rely on Taste of Hate for the chill/freeze. Relying on ToH for the chill/freeze isn't ideal but besides yolo'ing boxes, I've had zero issue. Dropping Master Herbalist is losing a massive chunk of damage against incredibly tanky bosses. Meaning bosses that we can't one shot such as Shaper and Main phase Uber Atziri (her split can be one shot without). I understand where you're coming from, the status ailment solutions chosen aren't ideal but the loss of free poison on hit, when we do some much phys damage and hit/stack so fast. I feel it's the lesser of two evils. If you're in HC then obviously you would have to address the chill/freeze/bleed more seriously where DPS isn't the upmost priority. " Personally I also skilled Arcane Vision, I happily give away this passive point in order to be able to see at least SOMETHING while doing for example lab runs or running indoor maps. It's not that big lost if you are > lvl 90 honestly. What do you need to upgrade? One thing you could do is to take out that really miserable Added Chaos Dmg gem and put in a Increased Critical Strikes! (seriously, Added Chaos gem is probably one of the worst choices for a Blade Vortex setup) I would also recommend to remove the unnecessary Increased Duration gem from the setup, although you did not (yet) have leveled into the Duration nodes on the passive tree at the Shaper node. (it really pays off, the way up there gives a lot of ES, 40% mana regen and Inc Duration nodes) Honestly I did not try Increased Duration instead of Spell Echo yet, as Spell Echo just is so much quality of life (half mana cost, I don't need a single mana passive point at the moment on my tree; faster preparing before bosses), has that -10% dmg though. But it has more quality of life than Inc Duration setup (think of those 40 or 60% less regen maps). Currently I am running this Aura setup: https://poe.mikelat.com/#d_mrOmb/enfo.4c/nDEhb./tNrp.u To explain, I bought a RBBG +1 level corrupted Facebreaker, my lvl 21 Blood Magic and my lvl 2 Enlighten are gaining each a level (so I have lvl 22 Blood Magic and lvl 3 Enlighten for my Life setup) and can squeeze in Hatred (or Haste) and 1 Herald into that setup! (97% reserved) With this I can run my Clarity off mana which I have more off plus I don't need any lvl 4 Enlighten gems. (the lvl 4 Enlighten in my Discipline + Haste setup is possible because my dagger happens to have +1 gems on it) " I would swap the Increased Critical Damage to Increased Critical Strikes for now in a 5L setup. It will probably do even more damage (as you will already have quiet a lot crit multi) AND it gives you A LOT more crit consistency and flask charges to sustain Flasks. I would say swap your Gloves for Facebreakers, but you only have 7.x k ES, so I'd say just generate some currency to upgrade your rings, amulet, shield and a crystal belt where you can get the most ES (don't forget the %ES exalt crafts on rings and amulet), don't forget Jewels. |

" I meant for clarity, is it okay to exceed level 9 as long as I have enough HP to reserve? Will you still use assassin's mark for witch when you already have skyforth or for the extra damage to crit strike and replace with vulnerability instead? Hello there! Thank you for this build, i have a question about lvling, i`m lvl 60 now, please give me advice about skill tree and auras! I understand, to handle all auras i need many reduced mana reserved nodes, but i have no passive skill points for it, should i remove some auras and build normal tree with some reduced mana reserved nodes or i should to pick them all and lose some damage nodes? I am playing occultist, cant afford skyforth and lvl 4 enlightens, so i`m with enlightens lvl 3, i can remove haste and with all aura nodes and enlighten lvl 3 i can run all auras, exept haste. Please, watch my current passive tree and give me advice about it (Explode_is_Nice char name) Thank you for helping :)

" You have to understand how the game works first. One big boost for your TOOLTIP dps is to use Spell Echo, it raises your cast speed by a lot. But that doesn't mean JACKSH.. honestly, because the game just considers that you do your flat damage multiplied by your cast speed. But it doesn't work that way, your dps is capped by the 20 BV stacks you can have at most, so you want do as much damage as possible (the flat damage numbers) while still be able to comfortably run around with a few stacks while mapping and be able to reach 20 stacks at bosses. 1) Remove that useless Added Chaos Damage gem, replace it with Increased Critical Strikes 2) Do you use Empower lvl 3 or 4 at bosses instead of Increased Duration? Or do you have problems reaching 20 stacks without it? Your gear is pretty nuts already, better than mine in ESC and I have done all Guardians and Shaper deathless. If you want, you can replace your Gloves with Facebreakers, but that costs you a lot of ES and resists (but grants even more damage). Please do not compare yourself while only checking the "dps" number in your character sheet, because that is not telling you anything most of the time (sometimes, but often not). im using heretic veil to get 2 curse on mobs , what are the 2 best curses to use for the build ? atm i am using enfeeble/ assassin mark

" Most certainly those two. I would also like to mention Warlord's Mark, because even if you are Pathfinder ... you may not always have Vinktar's up, especially in single target tough boss fights.
