I was inspired by this build and made a slight variation of my own. Using The Magnate belt gives me huge strength and infinite flasks. I have 74/71 block with rumis and 9.6k ES right now. About 40k tooltip with full power charges with inc AOE and no flasks.

Would this build be viable for essence? Let's say im starting new and have to grind for items from scratch pre-end game items for this build any suggestions? Also would be great if you can post leveling guide

It's essence viable yes, you start life based then transition into ES/life hybrid. Then a full CI conversion when you are the approriate level and have the gear to support CI.

If you are fortunate enough to have some wealth, your next progression is low life.

Use the new Valyrium ring for stun immunity, until you can get skyforths.

There is no replacement if going lowlife. The armor is self explanitory for every other phase of the transition. life based = life armor, hybrid = hybrid es/life armor, ci = high es vaal regalia, lowlife = shav's.
