I have an Oro's Flicker Templar in my profile at lvl 89 with very similar gear/tree but I don't use blood magic. I use 2 curses - Warlord's Mark & Flammability. I also have the Spirit Void/Vitality Void nodes. Even on curse immune maps I don't run out of mana ever.

I more or less followed this guy's build and he took it to 94, clearing all high level content this current league:
