I've looked at the Garena translation.
My first language is russian, ironically I've never been to Russia though.

Well, the translation is objectively bad.
There is no logical reason that can explain the arbitrary changes that Garena translators made.

I actually think that their translation actively harms the game reputation in Russia.

Also, lets not forget that:

Garena can't even implement spam bot protection on the official game forum, it consists mainly of spam. You would think that in 2016 that would be a standard and easy to implement feature, as it exists on pretty much on every forum. Except Garena's, they can't be bothered.

Garena actively ignores player feedback. They are pretty much the opposite of GGG in that regard.
