* Modified the final passive tree again. We have slightly less AoE radius [barely noticable] and now have more DPS and HP.
* Will sort the leveling trees to match the updated final tree today.

Fixed a bug where skills (from both players and monsters) which dealt chaos damage over time were doing far too much damage when supported by Poison.


This build is too much fun, GGG thinks it's illegal!!

I did adjust my key assignments and started using Abyssal Cry. Problem is, all trash mobs are dead before it hits them! I guess it's just for the blue packs.

And I think CWDT Immortal Call is better than the AoE+VM supports on Abyssal Cry. For example, you run into a blue pack of exploding hedgehogs: no IC = problem, IC = no problem. :)

My boots are: CWDT - IC - Inc Duration - Abyssal Cry. Both IC and AC take advantage of Inc Duration, and IC is 1.04 sec long. I laugh at the exploders as well as flicker strikers.

But for that you need Warlord mark. I don't feel like using Warlord because it won't benefit us in any way. We won't get the leech from it since we aren't directly attacking the monsters. Feel free to so, its fine. I'd use Warlord instead of Enfeeble but u can use it instead of Vulnerability.

As for mana, I felt like i want more mana and mana reg, so I took 'Dreamer' node for now. helps ALOT. anyways, if mana issue is a problem:



Ways to sort mana issues:
In case you feel like you want to be able to use your skills more smoothly, you can do as following:

1) Get mana / mana regen in a jewel or two (even temporarly until you get more items with mana level up a some more).
Alternatively, you can get on a jewel or two 'Reduced mana cost of skills' as it helps you to use your skills with less mana usage.

OR

2) Invest 2 skill points for 'Dreamer' node in the passive tree (gives total of 33% increased mana + 15% mana reg).
It's close to the Scion tree, in the right side.

Don't need Warlord's Mark. Immortal Call works fine without charges, it just gives you the basic duration of 0.4s unmodified, which becomes 1.04s with this build. It makes life so much easier! Exploders, flicker strikers and archers - can run through them without even stopping. Try it, you'll love it!



The fix/nerf: I haven't noticed any difference. Perhaps it was about some other Poison DoT.

Kelvynn, I assume u dropped Faster Casting from wither and made it 3 link - spell totem, wither and increased aoe?

No, I dropped AoE and kept Faster Casting.

It makes the totem cast Wither faster, right?

Everything but rares and bosses dies before I get to use Wither. And on those AoE radius doesn't make any difference, but more Wither stacks is good.

It also makes the Wither spin faster [therefore stack faster].
It feels rather useless to me without AoE gem to be honest.
I think that if you have to choose between inc.aoe and faster casting i'd drop faster casting.

You have faster fingers. :) I'm still trying to get used to this new key layout. I zip to a pack, cast Contagion, ED, maybe Abyssal Cry if it's a blue pack - and it's already dead. Only single targets (boss/rare) live long enough to see Wither. The radius is good enough without support for any boss fight I've seen so far (Village Ruin was the hardest I've done with this build, about 5 times now).

You don't have Carcass Jack in the new league yet? Grab it when you can. You won't need AoE support with it. It also goes really well with the evasion on Alpha and the +evasion nodes that we grab in the Sniper/Nullification area.
