Don't buff Chaos, it's already crazy strong and request nothing with all good benefits

slightly off-topic, but I think a game like PoE cannot ever be truly balanced.
look at the sheer amount of active skills, add in various build-enabling uniques, multiply exponentially by the amount of support gem combinations for each, and then take a look at the Passive Tree (or shall I say "jungle")...

so GGG took the alternate route of deliberately buffing some skills, items and passives, while nerfing others every patch/temp-league-duration, so a "meta-game" is created among the players and what they play.

a route I strongly disagree with, and even get pissed off at times - but still a viable way to handle the character system in this game, which is simultaneously awesome and insane.

@on-topic, buffing Chaos is a delicate matter simply because it lacks the downside of anything-no-Chaos: Reflect.
in terms of current balance? maybe Viper Strike is a bit weak unless you have a Mirror-grade-weapon-which-makes-everything-strong.
Alva: I'm sweating like a hog in heat
Shadow: That was fun

Sure i know it is hard, special with all you said. I know and understand it, but some changes highlighted for pretty long and everyone see it, but not GGG, they are SO busy with buffing CHAOS damage that already OP, buff Poison Arrow as they did in 2.0 and other already broken stuff, but they NEVER have time for buff melee for example.
Viper strike sure bad, but i tested with crit dagger and it works almost as old Poison Arrow, not so bad, but can worth a slight buff.
