average ping is around 60 but i am having a lot of disconects, basically any time i enter a new instance a get DC.

Unfortunately I'm experiencing a lot more latency in Brazilian Servers then I was for US servers, and I live in Rio de Janeiro - Brazil.

I'm getting from 200 to 250ms anytime I login.

I'm sitting on a 100MBs dl/up link. My ISP is Predialnet.

Hopefully there is something to be done about the routing to BR servers. Since you guys are gathering info about the ISPs here, is it possible to provide a list of the ones that are presenting a reasonable latency? I might consider hiring another ISP just to play PoE if necessary.

Great addition GGG, I'll test this out today's night. Player from paraguay, didn't played the game for about 1 year and I'm back finally, 2.0 is one of the best content patches until now, exited not to have anymore of that "desync" nightmare

You are losing 50% of your packets at 189001131001.usr.predialnet.com.br.
I hear Predial has good Customer Support (I never used their service, so I don't know for sure).
Try calling them, and ask to be transferred to higher level tech support, so you can explain that your latency to this server over in SP is too high, etc, and that there's a lot of packet loss in one of Predial's own nodes during the routing.

Btw, just for reference, I'm from Rio too, my ISP is GVT, and I get 14~16 ping to the SP gateway. 30 sometimes.

Aqui tinha também o problema de latencia com o server mesmo trocando p/ Sao Paulo. Resolvi com o progrma WTFast que é gratuito!
