I want to play in an Flashback/all mods league, where all mods are active at the same time - at all times.

Sure you could run a schedule and alternate between mods but it encourages not playing at all on "hard" days (at least as a hardcore player). It'd be more fair to just slap all leagues into one league and leave it at that. If nothing else, do it for science.
Life is fleeting!
anything as long as it has corrupting tempests! :D preferably with flashbacks also but just make sure those corrupting tempests are there, im not that great so i dunno if ill ever get to play em in the current HC league and they look so fun! cant wait for this league regardless im sure itll be a blast! thank you for making this amazing game!

for prizes a way to win a stash tab sure would be cool :D or maybe some skin transfers (would understand if dont want to since im guessing these are your main income source) stash stabs sure would be an alluring prize tho for people
flashback

and while you are at it - there is a hint why flashback was so popular: because it was what the 'core game' should have been if it the 'league content' hadnt been so minimized

beyond bosses were fun (after balancing them, not on release) - now these are gone. ghosts, boxes, exiles a plenty etc. current core game has just splices of some and none of remaining. it is bit bland

so flashback all the way

both warbands and tempest are MMO content that are a bad signs of what poe is going to turn into. sadly
I'll be brief.

League: Warbands/Tempest mix. As much as I liked the Flashback one, I feel like there are still a lot of interesting things that can come up from WB/Tempest, and I seriously want to play Tempest on a SC scenario.

Player Goals: Top + Challenges. Challenges like the previous Blue/Red Seraph. Even tho the 2 set things was fun once, I really think that the prizes on both SC and HC should be the same, it does incentivize people that only play one to run the other but it's certainly annoying to do all the challenges twice. I'm all in for way harder challenges that the previous ones if needed.

Prizes: Anything that isn't RNG, maybe playing for a couple weeks and getting 2x Seraph Sets was too much, but also playing for the level threshold and getting 0 prizes felt weird. Since you showed that Golden Seraph set, it's perfect for what I think is a cool 1M event. Make it the prize for both SC/HC challenges and make challenges something HARD that isn't achieveable easily, after all we have 1 month to finish it!

I would like to see a similar league to the last one month league which was pretty fun btw. So i would like to see flashback and rewards through challenges, as its easier for more players to get their hands on the prizes. Full armor mtx's or any other ones are always welcome.

I would like to propose though to create special themed mtxs for these one month leagues. Give the one month league a theme and create a new 3d art for an armour set with new 3d weapons art mtx's. I would give one piece of the armour, or weapon or whatever mtx in this one month league, another to the next one and so on. It would take you 5 or 6 leagues to get them all. Well thats the idea....
Don't fool yourself exile... your end is just around the corner!
What made Flashback league so fun in my opinion was a cool mix of mods And challenges that were just right amount of 'tough' to complete with cool unique MTX as a reward.

Challenges like we had last time were so enjoyable because we were helping each other to complete them. I got a lot of satisfaction from completing challenges one by one and helping fellow community members outside of my friend list do the same.

So I am all for Completing challenges.

There is also a black version somewhere. Hmm... maybe that'd make a good prize for the Hardcore version of the league.

I'd be happy with either one of the league modes.
I would LOVE to have another armor set as a reward for league challenges, that was a great incentive for me to play that other league.
Flashback! was so much fun playing that league.
ING: Glored
For the event type, I'd prefer a hybrid one cause I'm rarely motivated to try hardcore but would love to see tempests at work.I think the most played/enjoyed event was the race for the armor sets with tons of people trying out hardcore for the first time.

For player goals, challenges seem more fun (especially since last time they were more than decent and easy to complete with a bit of time invested).Reaching a certain level always seemed like a grindfest, and with rewarding only the top players I assume most players wouldn't even try the race altogether.

As for prizes, personally I like the reward to be a sure thing, like the amour sets.Random draws always reward such a small number of people or so it feels, and with the physical goods they always seem to go to the same people.
At first i have to say i´m very happy to see that you guys are planning a one-month-event and take the opportunity to benefit from our feedback. By this imo the event can only be a success (like the ones in the past was).

Here are my thoughts...

Event Type:

I definatly prefer the Flashback event, the last time around we had this i had one of the most enjoyable playtimes in poe overall. In the past Flashback league we had at first 3 and later on 4 league mods at the same time, these changed every 2 days iirc and on the weekends we had all league mods enabled. I honestly think this was the perfect system for something like a flashback league but since were running Warbands/Tempest atm i would kinda combine the idea of a hybrid and flashback league. This would mean that Warbands / Tempest are always active with the addition of 2 past league mods that change every second day. The weekends would have all league mods enabled.

Something i would really like to see though is changing warbands so that every map is always a 4 dot. While i see the potential i think in its current state its by far not as interesting as tempest is with its crazy mods.

Player Goals:

I´ve personally like challenges with a level threshold as a part of it. The way the challenges were in the Torment / Bloodlines 1 month event were pretty good. While imo at least one challenge in the Torment / Bloodlines 1 Month event could have been more difficult i think it was perfectly planned because it was definatly possible for every player not just only the top ones in the ladder top collect the whole mtx set resulting in a hugh amount of people playing.

Since its a lot easier (and faster) to reach lvl 80 since the introduction of the act 4 zones (im looking at you dried lake) the lvl threshold challenge should at least require lvl 85 to be reached. Not impossible but doable in 4 weeks for most part of the community with the requirement of a bit afford.

A boss kill challenge is almost necessary imo cause slaying bosses and get some lot in return is something every exile seeks for :D
I think with a little twist like killing bosses while certain league mods (all league mods for example) are enabled could be quite interesting.

Other than that i just have to say i dont like full clear challenges (cause not really a challenge imo).

Prizes :

Again i have to point the previous Torement / Bloodlines 1 month event out, literally my whole friendlist was playing at that time cause everybody wanted the mtx rewards and i know a lot of peoble just came back to poe after a break because of that. I think its totaly in your interested to have as much people playing the 1 month event as possible, specially since the awakening release we have a lot of new players in the community and im pretty sure they cant wait to get a free mtx :D

The Golden seraph set is something a lot of players would be interested in im sure, maybe this a reward for the HC 1 month and a black set for the Standard 1 month?
