Maybe instead giving another seraph set, and if you think giving pet or some other mtx is too much then maybe give us some h/o decorations exclusive for reaching some lvl tiers. It can be normal deco existing in game but slightly changed with some glowing effect etc. That way you dont need to waste too much time to work on it and many players will like have them in h/o as exclusive :)

Why bother?

The challenges they put out now are terrible and sub par mtxs as a reward isn't good incentive.

Flashback, atleast 1 new league per day, randomly rolling for obvious reasons.
(Eddit) OBVIOUSLY NON-NERFED LEAGUES! F#")= those nerfed Zana map mods!

Also, will the league itself be a Void Leage? If so, im not rather keen to play it.

-Flashback event
-Level Threshold
-Golden Seraph Set/MTX Reward
I'd prefer the flashback league, specifically with periodic spikes in difficulty rather than a gradual ramp-up. Actually, it would be really fun if GGG didn't announce what mods were active at what time, and had them rotating fairly frequently. Maybe even take the warbands/tempest element of different areas experiencing different mods and use that. I think that would make for a truly scary and fun experience.

I like the idea of having some fairly attainable challenges for the more casual players during the one month leagues. MTXs are a nice prize (we need more seraph colours so we can have full power ranger parties!).

Someone also suggested making this a charity league to save the kiwis (https://www.reddit.com/r/pathofexile/comments/3iprpg/ggg_you_guys_should_do_another_charity_fundraiser/) which I would be 100% down for. I'd buy a kiwi statue and display it proudly in my hideout.

Thanks for seeking community input- we really appreciate it!
Flashback, all leagues, all day, all night, 24/7.
Rewards don't really matter now when I think about it.. I just wanna kill 9999 mobs per map and have a gigantic lootplosion!

Flashback events are incredible. You could even start the the first weekend / first three days or so as a Warbands/Tempest hybrid to get the best of both worlds in the event.

I really enjoyed completing the challenges for the MTX, it's the only time I've ever taken the time to get an HC character to 80, I otherwise just don't enjoy HC that much. [[But it was fun to try! And I'd do it again if there was an incentive.]]

Final note: I really hate seeing all the prize resources awarded to the top few players and nothing percolating down to the rest of us. I agree there should be prizes for the top players to compete over, but there also need to be prizes--however minor--for which everyone else may compete.

I'm repeatedly impressed by your willingness to engage the community in these discussions, it really makes me excited to see what is coming up next!
A flashback league with warbands+tempests every day or at least most days would be nice.

As for prizes it would be nice to have a benchmark where everyone that hits it gets some small prize.

Perhaps something like a few mtx points at achievable levels for casual players

A Warbands/Tempest Hybrid Event > Completing challenges > Golden Seraph Set variant. No discussion!
I'd like the flashback league with the Golden Seraph mtx reward for challenges best!

I'd love a hybrid Tempest/Warbands, since I don't care much for standard and as such haven't experienced Warbands yet.

As far as prizes, I really loved the armor set given in Bloodlines/Torment hybrid. They actually motivated me to go for them, since they were within the realm of reality to complete for a mortal player like myself, while at the same time not being complete giveaways.
