With adding new acts(dominus/act4), i feel the game difficulty curve is not smooth enough (ive had hard time in act 4 on cruel, but then act 1 on merciless was really easy) so im affraid how will game look with longer act4 or act5/6. Were you thinking about prolonging the game for example via story based maps (with guaranteed "drop" as quest reward for completing previous ones) which would occur only on merciless instead of adding acts for each difficulty?
what was the reason behind the decision to add values of same type hybrid and normal mods on items?

Before 2.0, there was a promise made to the community, to change mana costs, and solve the horrible mana problems of the game.

The community was happy with those changes, yet they were reversed in beta/2.0.

The game now seems like its "Path of Elreon Rings," and even lvl 80's characters without them are dependant on mana flasks.

Are there any plans to (re)keep the promise - and give players some mana cost relief?
I will ask the same question for 3 years now:) Let me phrase it in a way that can be answered.

What is your opinion about bosses using random abilities from other in-game bosses, besides their own.
Will old skills like Infernal Blow / Glacial Hammer which come without a inherent AoE get a rework or a buff?

They flat out are worse than any melee attack with aoe because you waste a slot to convert it to AoE and end up dealing less damage than the inherent aoe attack skills (ice crash, static strike, reave, cyclone, etc) because they can put in another DPS gem and do more damage to both single target and monsters in aoe.

Imo you should either buff their single target potential drastically and remove melee splash or add inherent aoe to them also or buff melee splash considerably for them to even be considered for use versus current attacks which come with aoe.

Was the idea of having timestamps in chat ever passed to the dev team and are you going to implement it ingame (as it's present in the log file itself)?

On average, do you guys drink more coffee or soda?
1. Have you ever asked yourselves, on one of your meetings, "What should we do to keep our players interested in playing, be it temp leagues or default leagues, and which were the ideas thrown in?

2. Tempest league was more bad then good, in my experience, i dont mean it in mean way, it just wasnt good enough for me, sry, so do you think it would be wise to open thread by you, GGG, in which you want other people ideas for temp leagues?

i know there is suggestion forum, but i browse it a lot and it is not very active.....people that toss great ideas, they get 0 feedback from you, and they prolly give up with ideas and suggestions....not all ofc but many.....

and there is just no way that you can have more ideas for temp leagues, then thousands of people that think about the game every day for few hours :)

i think that would be good idea, since if the league is not fun, so many people quit soon after it starts, and it seems like you are running out of ideas :(


This is how i would do it:

- like 10 days before you choose your temp leagues, how will they look and what will they be about, you post a thread in Suggestion subforum with ideas for:
1. Name of the leagues
2. What will the league be about
3. Set of challenges - so you can incoporate challenges for casuals and hardcore players, so that every group have something to do for a longer period of time, and according to completion of challenges you give apropriate rewards

and so on

Questions already asked in the past but still need an answer:

- Filters the best gameplay improvement in 2.0.

Q: Can we have improvement, like filter on Implicit value from items or autopickup ?



- Trade system still a bad part of the game:

* Unable to buy something to someone offline, that's always very frustating, even more in hardcore league where some players that died never come back.

* Trade chat has no filter option, find something he's realy awful and a waste of time.

Q: Can we have improvement, to solve this two points ?

can we please

1. ... get some modifications to the map overlays?

custom colours + bordering to make it contrast better "color picker/ hexvalue text file anything"


2. ... seperate audio channels more, i want to be able to filter out any loot warnings i enable with the loot filter without having to enable combat sounds!


3. ... have a seperate audio channel for combat warnings? think vaal slam/touch of god sound queue's


4. ... have a customisable UI ? wow-ish customisation, where we can move around parts of the UI and disable certain unwanted graphics

5. ... get an update on the new trade system ? poe.trade is an addequate stopgap. but things need to change

i have a few questions:

1. is the a vendor res that no one found or shared?
2. the warband league is week in content, tempest is alot better, like in torment/bloodlines, is that what you intended it to be?
3. r u taking under consideretion what many players here ask for like: new trading system, salf found league, ex vendor res?
