One thing I have never understood and would love an answer to...
In my opinion looting a 5 Linked item should be a mini "wow" moment, yet 9 times out of 10 these items are next to useless and do not even command a chaos orb in trade. Taking into account the frequency that these items drop compared to a 6 socket and the fact we get 7 Jewellers for those, will you ever enable a 5 link item to vendor for a small, yet satisfying amount of currency? some Orbs of Fusing for example. If not, why? Thanks GGG! :P |

Can you discuss how you arrived at the current implementation of jewels? They ended up being so simple compared to other item types in POE (no level req, only 4 mods, no quality bonus, three different bases but no implicit to differentiate). Was this simplicity a deliberate design goal from the start, something that fell out of early balancing, something that you went with to get them out and hope to revisit later?
Are jewels being used as you expected: rate of use, currency sink, etc? Players are always calling for more item types (pants, bracers, charms, etc). Did your experience with creating and implementing jewels make additional item types more or less likely? What surprising things did you learn in the process of putting jewels in the game? The existence of radius jewels means that the 2d layout of the skill tree now has balance implications. Do you believe this will constrain future skill tree revisions? ---- Early on your stated plan was for league length and expansion timing to be quite regular. You've obviously learned a lot since then both when it comes to development and running a business. Going forward do you intend to lean more toward a forced scheduled approach or to let production dictate timings? Overall how do you rate the game's additions since 1.0 launch? What are you most and least happy with? Have the long term integration of the various additions played out as expected? What do you consider the biggest compromise you've made to the original vision of the game? If you could go back in time and tell yourself to scrap an idea early which would it be? What's something you've stuck to your guns on and felt vindicated on? ---- Have you guys played Rising Thunder yet? Do you think the all content free to play, money only through cosmetics business model will work well for a 1v1 fighting game? Is it a technical restriction or intended that Lightning Strike make an accuracy check in it's second form (projectile) whereas other skills don't need to hit and their second form always hit (Kinetic Blast, Molten Strike, Ice Shot)?

If Bex and Qarl were to face off in a pvp match who would win? " You can go to the Gameplay help and discussion forum to find out how to set up your own loot filter. With that you can change the colors of the cards to make it easier to see when they drop. =) " They added jewels to the jewellers boxes recently. Not sure about divination cards. |

you have fixed so many bugs/technical problems with patches why can you not/will you not fix it so when
we buy stash tabs we get new tabs and not use our remove only tabs. also it would be nice when warbands ends to let us keep our stash as regular tabs and not make them all remove only. just a thought. btw poe is still a great game and you do a great job thanks |

Hi GGG, I was wondering if you would comment on how you feel that the implementation of the supporter only Divination Cards turned out. It seems to me, and I gather many others, that the final product on many of the cards ended up landing much farther from the mark than the designers of the cards intended. Does GGG have any plans to address these concerns or any plans to alter the way that the Divination card process works, both in reference to the cards functionality and to the design process.
