EU servers screwed right now?
I am an o2 victim aswell...
So is there no statement from GGG yet? I mean it worked fine the last months, it started only yesterday evening... At the beginning I could log in with via Frankfurt, but wasnt able to switch zones withaout crashing... And from than until now I can only access American and Australian servers, Ping of European servers are shown as question marks... Thanks for the advice with the technical Hotline number from O2. I will try this number and see what they are saying. I will tell them that lots of other POE players have the same issue with the O2 routing and if they want me to keep me as a premium business customer, they should look into the problem soon. I hope this will help us. :-) My WinMTR looks better now, than two hours before and i can login to the game again. But it crashes when i swith the instance and like the other poster said, i have only questionmarks at the login screen where normally the ping is displayed. The problem began yesterday evening. Ok, greetings to all you of guys suffering from the same problem, keep your heads up. :-)

" Nope, I contacted them via chat and in that way I was also able to provide them the links to the forum and the related threads and he had a look at it while we were chatting. In the end, the traceroute looked fine from his PC and the agent just wrote that he will forward it to the technicians who are responsible for cases like this one. |

Hello everybody, i talked to O2 on the phone aswell (after 20 minutes waiting) and the technician recommended me to restart my router (switch off the power supply) and after that it worked again. Maybe it was a coincidence because other guys of you reported the problem before. My WinMTR looks fine now, no packet loss anymore and i can play again. I'm really happy! I hope your connection problems are solved too.
