I have some questions on mechanics of passive node "Celestial Punishment".
Can it shock with incinerate at all, as it has no Lightning dmg or crits ? Will it shock with added lightning dmg?
What Increased dmg is calculated as sum before adding 25%? Every spell+fire dmg %?

And as I understand - most of the time dmg will be added to enemy under RF burning effect? So it's always +25% on boss fights if u are close enough?

how did you manage to get 89% fire resistance? I only have 87% with purity of fire on.
