Dominating blow and Infernal Blow now only play their on-hit effects on the main targets when used with Melee Splash.

Did i understand correctly? Infernal blow will only explode the initial target and not the enemies hit by the melee splash ? And Dominating blow will only dominate the initial target?
If that is correct than ... infernal blow becomes even more useless now and dominating blow - practically useless! :/

It's only referring to playing the on hit EFFECT (IE the visuals). Has nothing to do with the how the skill actually works.

The dominating "effect" and the exploding "effect" of both infernal blow and dominating blow are both on-hit effects ...
Both actually apply a debuff on the monsters which triggers upon their death. The debuff is applied on-hit ... so ... yeah ...

Fixed a bug where players with Eldritch Battery would spend energy shield to cast spells which reserved mana.

Please revert it, it's aleady a useless chore to recast auras if you double-click them while having no mana regen, what's even the point? I have to reenter my h/o or find mana flasks in stash.

They are talking about the animation-on-hit-effect, not the on-hit-effect of the skill. Just check out the name of the patch notes section.
