Poison is good if your dps isnt very good.
At this moment with around 70k LA DPS and around 200-240k Frenzy self buffed, its a waste of slot for poison since everything dies from 1-2 shots...at least for me.
But of course for Uber Atziri some t15 etc poison seems like a good option.

I think you can now, im not in private mode anymore.
Note that im missing life on amu and ring its work in progress. Atm im at 4-4,5k hp and to be honest its more then anough with Lightning coil to stay alive on t12-t15 maps with this dps.

cool thanks :). i checked it out. hadn't really though of rat's nest + mali's for LA. probably too expensive for me though lol as it doesn't give much room to max all res

Yep with Lightning Coil on top of this you need to have nice resists on rest of your items:)

This build isn't really aimed at standard so this is irrelevant.

Even though Void Manipulation puts -25% reduced damage penalty, it's still a GREAT support gem due to huge +39% more damage bonus. Slower Projectiles grant smaller DPS boost for higher mana multiplier (and slowing projectiles). So, i think VM is a must-have.
Invest into Spirit Void, and mana problems should vanish.
SA was nerfed a bit, and LA buffed. Actually, i think LA suits Voltaxis much more, also it can esily compete (and even outperform) SA.
Tornado Shot was buffed too (as if it wasnt OP before...), and new bow skill Blast Rain is also spectacular.

This build is intended to be tanky, so if you're oneshotting everything, you either overgearing content you're farming greatly, or you made a glass cannon build, which this guide is NOT about.

that's my tree currently 5l LA-GMP-CHAIN-WED-INNERVATE
farming t4-6 maps with ease, nothing expensive but voltaxic.

I'd just all but the crit and get better nodes elsewhere. Power charges also not worth it because of voltaxic low base crit.
