The Celestial Justicar drop rate......Oops??

" so the astral u can get for 4ex in trade chat potentially has 109 armour, 15% resist and 10 life less than the one that costs 1500 fusing to bench link, presuming you hit 6xt1 rolls on a chaos orb? nothing to worry about boys, its balanced. " Your arguments boil down to 1) the armor is utilized in the current meta Which is a shifting process and shouldn't be a reason to adjust the card or it's drop-rate 2) it influences the economy Again this is a shift, other things will compensate and re-balance/stabilize Both hold no real merits to ultimately adjust this card directly since both are factors that have no solid basis but are constantly in motion. If the next meta or power curve is CI, is this card suddenly ok? If the market stabilizes with this card in it, did anything fundamentally change? (apart from people receiving less $$$ for a 6-link astral/armor variant, which is irrelevant, this would be the same if the meta changed to CI since prices would shift naturally then) There is fundamentally nothing wrong with this card or it's implementation. Note : i have not farmed for it or own any if you consider that of relevance to this discussion. If the aim is to create diversity in end-game while also heightening the item-ceiling before you can enter that new end-game then this card fits that purpose. Even more i would urge the other high bases to follow suit and also gain a card of there own so the amount of astral goes down, but other bases go up.(balancing out the combined total and establishing a new base-line value for 6-links) All i get from your post is that you think 6-links should be extremely rare and a commodity? Which seems like a terrible ideology to hold onto given the current end-game state. Peace, -Boem- Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes

It's one of the best designed divination cards imo, it allows a normal person to obtain a useable 6L endgame.
As for the economy reasons, i bought a 6L vaal regalia in warbands for 6 ex and rolled it to 600 es in around 2 ex, so it's pretty much the same thing. Fact is no one would give a damn if armor wasn't popular atm. [2.2] The Vampire - Tanky 2H Axe Slayer Duelist - /view-thread/1611662 Last edited by Mannoth#4185 on Aug 10, 2015, 3:20:12 AM

Maybe I should make a 6L Div card armor instead of an Andvarius Div card so I can get someone to complain about it.

" no my argument boils down to the fact that its way too common, which is it. " yes they should be extremely rare, because its an item game and extremely powerful endgame items should be rare. If that isnt something you believe in then sry, I cant even have a conversation with you as your opinions are just too absurd to even credit with a discussion. " You DO realize that the above is the difference between "worth mirroring," and "Not even gonna sell for a decent fraction of a mirror," right? Try going in with a weapon that only has "Cruel" for its prefix and see how far you get to sell it... And THEN remember that while "Tyrannical" is rarer than other prefixes for weapons, all affix tiers for armor are equally rare; "Impregnable" is as likely to show up as "Reinforced." " Um, from what I see, by and FAR the most-worn chest unique is ES-based, (Infernal Mantle) with the second-place one also being ES. (Shav's) I still believe ES is the most popular defense right now. Armor just gets a LOT of attention because in 1.3, it was in a very, VERY distant third place... And it's risen to a not-so-distant second, easily passing evasion. " Um, without anything to back it, that's just a HIGHLY subjective opinion. You're part of GGG... Nor are you among their most important players. Hence, your opinion (if not backed by something) is probably utterly worthless on the issue to them. " This is rich coming from a guy who consistently can't be bothered to write out the word "sorry." " Virtually everything you have said I either disagree with or find laughably beside the point. Who are you exactly? You some sort of important player whos opinion matters? I dont even recognise your name. You have a crit bow char on standard, and you have a crit strikes gem in your tornado shot links on your multimod crit harbinger bow that you have crafted attack speed on instead of local crit chance... k... Shavs is the second most worn unique chest piece in the game right now... k... ...I feel like theres crazy people and people who are already thinking what Im thinking, we dont even need to go there. I get it, you want the op sauce and now some horrible person like me comes along and says what you already know deep down, that its fucking broken, and you just wish I would shut up and maybe GGG wont nerf it. I_NO and me had this argument with multimod crafting physical weapons, you know how that ended up? No, you probably dont. " As far as a player goes, I'm in exactly the same sort of tier of scrub as you. Neither of us have hit 100, nor have either of us gotten 8/8 in a challenge league... Neither of us is a famous streamer or anything. No, as far as the difference goes, I merely provide a backing for the statements I provide. See what I said about "If not backed by something." I've broken things down to look at cause and effect of things logically. You've merely gone and stated "It's wrong because I said so." Such an argument can work if you're famous or such, but not otherwise. " What does my tertiary character have to do with anything, anyhow? " To be honest I could hardly care one way or the other: it's a card that I won't ever bother farming. (I actually found I dislike both zones it can be farmed in) Similarly, when it comes to buying armor, I'll likely spring the little extra so I can get 2.2k armor; my armor-using builds work best off of stacking as much as possible, and 100 is WAY too much to give up without a thought. " Well, given that it's I_NO... :P Rufalius, hybrid Aura/Arc/Mana Guardian | Hemorae, TS Raider | Wuru, Ele Hit Wand Trickster
