Linked Steam Account Characters Deleted

Please undo linking my steam account, too.. pleeeasse =/ |

I have made the same mistake as everyone else in this thread, I linked my accounts and I have now lost all of my characters and mtx. I would like the link to be reversed so that my steam account can be restored, I am honestly just hoping to be able to play today. I have sent them an email but figured I should also post on the website maybe it would get a faster response time. Thanks in advance.

Made the same mistake here.
Made an original account, merged with steam today. Characters gone. Please let me know if I can provide any information that can help. Thank you. |

ugh, just read though this stuff, i don't understand how some ppl get help by posting in here while other need to send an email

if you look at the post dates, it appears they haven't responded in the forums about this issue since last year, just saying. its 8am in NZ right now, hopefully we can get some help shortly :D

And even if they respond, they are going to tell you the same things that I am. Send them an email at support@grindinggear.com. They don't handle this sort of thing via the forums and the only way you are going to get any help is by emailing them.

It's wonderful to see that people are still having this problem(in a good way), I got freaked out once I saw that my account had been deleted, and I'm glad that I'm not the only one. Thank you very much for those who have replied!

I've also made the same mistake as the poster. I had my Steam account progress deleted after linking. Is there any way I can also have my account restored? Thanks in advance.
