Linked Steam Account Characters Deleted

I've sent the email but was wondering if there was an ETA? I'd love to have my stuff to play with tonight and buy those tabs that are on sale. Thanks!

Hi,

and it seems like I made the same stupid mistake... :(
linked my POE forum account to my Steam account and all characters gone. Can you please restore them? I also send a mail to support. |

It seems I did the same thing- thought it said it would delete characters from blank PoE account, not from current steam account. What do I need to do to get these characters back? Thank you very much!
