Constant lag spikes

Im in the UK, tried all the EU servers an there terrible black screening on every lag spike, happening every 2-5 seconds.

Tried a couple of the American sided servers with a ping over 100+ showing in the server browser.

Had lock ups/black screen still but no where near as often as the EU servers.

Same problem on German server always when im running and in the mass of mob i get this lag spikes but so crazy that it go over to frozen pic and after 5 min everything happens what normaly happend in the time my screen was frozen , and after that im dead .
really wanna play this game 'couse i was looking forward to have some fun with the ranger ^^

The game it self is great when running how it should be, if this carry's on il just move back to D3 as its less hassle!

Whats the point of playing a game that locks/freezes up with black screen then comes back an your dead? pointless.

About time GGG answered for whats going on.

this shit happens every now and then, like now for example, i've been playing with no lag or frame spikes for 2hours... suddenly out of the blue halfway through a plateau map, i starts lag spiking like crazy and ofc. i lost another 10% exp towards 96.. plz for the love of god put some effort into fixing this instead of wasting time on the small useless bug fixes.

I love and support your game fully, but you cannot keep throwing it back at us (your isp/gateway/ whatever might be the problem), no its not. New d3 season starts tomorrow, guess one will have to go play that till this is fixed, sadly.

Amsterdam gateway has problems?... Changing to frankfurt/london does not change anything.

I ALWAYS PLAY HARDCORE IN THIS GAME AND DUE TO THIS SHIT PROBLEM I HAVE LOST 3 X 60LVS ONE 82 AND ONE 92!!!

WITHOUT ANY RESPONSE FROM GGG AND TOTAL LACK OF COMMUNICATION FROM THEIR SUPPORT. I WILL BE SEARCHING FOR NEW A NEW GAME.

Underline showing loss %. I ran the MTR for ~2min. The loss amount on that server is somewhat to the spike interval ingame. Assuming I would have roughly 22 bad spikes in 2 mins.

I tested and I'm having this kind of behavior in London, Frankfurt, Amsterdam and Milan. Results above are for Amsterdam.

I've had this for 5 days now. Don't know how it was before. Was playing on different connection and ISP @ friend last week and did not have any problems at all.

I've had this problem for many months as well, and I finally found the solution today when I was playing blade and soul and I had similar problems. It turns out the problem had nothing to do with my connection, it's a simple fix if you are using a newer asus laptop/system.

Go to task manager -> services -> right click 'AsusGameFirstService' -> stop

That fixed it for me! I can play all of my games fluidly again, I hope this helps some of you.

This problem happened to me ... yesterday , i can play other games like league of legends without any problems.. but when i try to farm some map .. i kill somemonster with normal ping (30-32) then it raise to 500-100ms.. cant do anything. Any Help please?

And ofc GGG doesnt answer.. zero help

ggg pls have another tech look into this...its obviously on YOUR end
