Constant lag spikes

I've been playing since closed Beta, and it is incredibly disappointing to see this issue persist. Classic kiwi customer service.

Let us not blame GGG. They are just a small, still developing company whom just moved their offices. They cant be those multinational developers like valve etc. Give them some breathing space as they only have POE to rely for their income from. In my own opinion, IBM (softlayer) is very bad as a server host.

* Let us pray and hope investors willing to invest millions of dollars into GGG.

yes SuGaRDaDylReBoRN but when i play poe 2 years ago , i don't remember that the game was totally destroy by this fool latency. (reason that i boughts some place on the chest etc...).
But actually , the game is just unplayable for people in EU...
result money loose + good game unplayable.

Got terrible lag spikes today. Even though my tracert shows an average of ~60 ms, the game constantly spikes up to 100+ as soon as i do some stuff (e.g. picking up an item!). I even get complete freezes with 900ms+ where the game just seems to stop.

Terrible lag over the last few days--game is basically unplayable. Anyone else experiencing problems with Virgin Media? I would appreciate it if someone could translate my WinMTR test for me.

Same here, just a shame really that no one from GGG has posted or replied

Horrible horrible lag today. I'm in the midwest and getting dc'd constantly on both Texas and DC.
