I'm level 35 and I get better dps with Added Fire damage than Physical Projectile Attack Damage on Tornado Shot. Why is PPAD suggested over Added fire damage here? I'm still new so I'd like an explanation. Thanks!

You want a 5L so that you can use both fire and PP, but if you cannot then yes go for fire cuz it gives you more damage. Just remember that there are more more mobs resistant to fire than to physical.

This exactly =)

Defensive Setup:

- Cast When Damage Taken (lvl 1) linked with Immortal Call (lvl 1), Ice Golem (lvl 2) and Increased Duration (max level).

defensive setup? more like rip to chain maps setup

just had a guy link me this. He's starting on HC. It's a joke that you list this as HC viable for starting players. Nothing about this build is noob friendly. You might as well just said just pick some life nodes along the way and hope u dont die.
I've hit a bit of a wall here. ~12K Tornado Shot unbuffed. Character feels slow in terms of kill speed. I am following the guide to the letter, I have OK-ish equipment, was hoping for a more formidable character at this point. Could someone look at Gold_Coin in my profile and perhaps suggest improvements or shortcomings?

Make sure to upgrade that Lionseye to a good harbinger. It should make a big difference. Right now your crit chance is severely hampered by a low base crit :)

I guess we will just ignore the many people who have used this successfully. Thank you for sharing your opinion though.

Thanks for looking, Bro.

However, this guy https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1179823
says Lioneye's Glare compares pretty well to a Mid range harbringer (can be had for 1 ex on perandus atm). I wonder if it is worth the investment for only a marginal increase...

I dont' see anything wrong about it. It's been working fine for me. Please elaborate on what you don't like about it or how you would do it differently?....It's more constructive that way.
Hey, new player here but loving the build so far(lvl 55). one thing I am trying to understand is when Frenzy charges come into play. We grab some in the tree but I never see an item or skill that makes them pop what am I missing?

They are generated by your frenzy + curse on hit setup :)
