[2.4 Video Guide] Doomfletch Tornado Shot, Blast Rain Raider [HC/SC]

So I played this build for around 2 weeks. I'm dome with merciless and started running maps. My Damage is okay i can kill everything, but i have a huge problem with staying alive. With Vaal Pact I had at first too less Life Leech, but after picking up the Leech notables below the Assasin, i am around 2% Leech. With normal mobs everything is fine, due to the leech I have no problems staying alive. But when it comes to bosses, like Izzaro ,I have huge problems, because I need to deal constant DMG or die, but to deal constant DMG i have to stand still, in most cases, and that leaves the potential for oneshots, wich happens quite often.

I'm almost capt at 75 elemental resi, wich is hard due to all the recommendent Uniques, but i can hadle it quite good.
Chaos is only at -30% but i will get it to around 0% with some new gear.
I have around 10.000 Evasion(around 60%)

Can someone give me some tipps to improve my survivability?
Or what i have to do to stay alive at boss figtes?
