1)I will try the blood magic on incinerate, sounds good.

2)Its about lvl 50 that i take MoM, also the idea is to grab discipline too for ES pool until you have some gear with ES and you can swap to AA. You should have Enduring cry for ES recharge in this situations too. Enduring cry is basically a "mana potion" once you have zealot oath. But yes, if you feel better playing on mana more time, its perfectly fine.

3)The physical to lightning is one of the best gems because it also gives you shock, which is 50% more damage. No way crit damage can beat that. If you want to swap it for another gem i would say the weakers are faster casting (no longer improves your totem placement speed) or added fire? i would have to test it myself, but i dont think is a good idea.

Edit: Tested all gems with a tabula.
Considering physical to lightning gives you shock and almost the same DPS than all the others gems, its really the best one, after inc AoE (for clearing faster).
Faster casting is increidble strong DPS wise, also if totems cast faster, they knockback more, so there is that.
Added fire and crit damage are pretty close with my gear, with added fire been a little bit better.
The only problem with swapping added fire with inc crit damage, is the colours, you will need 4 blue Lightning coil. You will also lose the ignite. Ignite in trash mobs doenst make any difference since they die in 1 hit all the time, but in map bosses may be better to have it.
Empower lvl 3 is better than crit dmg, a lvl 4 will totally beat it.

I like the build, I'm currently setting up a totem build, this probs convinced me to try shockwave totem. One thing, why rathpith's globe? Wouldn't a high life roll shield with spell damage and spell crit be better? You also have flexibility to possibly get more ES and resistances too.

yes of course, i picked up rathpith cuz i got it for 5c. Its pretty cheap and very good. You can probably get a better rare one. If i had all the currency in the world i would go with 2 void batterys.

Rathpith also gives spell block, 15% which is very good, and 25% ligthning resistance, that are great cuz we are using a lightning coil.

For now its a good option with low cost.

Do you feel like Lightning Coil is super mandatory here? What you suggest to use instead since LC is really dirty pricy at Tempest at the moment

I would use a rare one with life and good armour. MB armour/es hybrid to have an easy time colouring sockets. If you can find a carcasss jacks is ok too, you will be changing tankiness for a little bit of clearing speed from the 10% AoE.
15 exalted minimum investment is very far away from chap build.

Rathpith Globe current lowest price in Warbrands is 10 ex???
Lightning Coil lowest is 4.5.
Suggest to avoid ES builds for new leagues and first character.

Carcass jack its ok too, meh any rare can do it. I m running 80 maps on this setup. Also 10 ex for rathpith? thats unreal dude.

Also, this is a GUIDE, it's meant to give help for people trying to play this skill too. It's not written in stone, u can change anything you like, or if you dont have the currency, go for a cheaper version, a rare, anything you can find.
