Its as simple as this, You need around 2000 alts to roll first mod a plain blue mod then a regal. if you fail that regal that means another 2000 alts then repeat this process this far your are correct BUT! This is where you are wrong if the odds are 1 in 2000 to hit the 2nd mod which is what you guys been saying then your whole math is wrong, This is the reason it is wrong you already took down the first mod rolled of the mods pool which means the odds of hitting the first blue mod can't be the same as the odds of hitting the 2nd mod because you're blocking out the first mod by having it which reduces the possibilities on you regal, Your regal can't have the same odds of using alterations on a blue item, Once one mod is there then you have 5 tiers to go through rather than 6.

P.S. We still haven't counted the 2000 Scourings and Transmutations :P.
