Yet the more I try to understand, the more this bargain doesn't make sense. Alt+regal process implies one suffix and one affix. If the gets those two desired mods, then what? That's only 2 out of 6. The unused 4 slots remain to be RNGed. Master's meta crafting cannot beat this RNG. The possible options are either fixed suffix or fixed affix or no caster roll or no attack roll. In this case, none of these four meta crafting can fix those "two", lottery worth mods. Only an eternal orb can acieve this.

The idea is that the two initial mods that he wants are by far the hardest to roll. Merciless + Dictators. Supposedly, he can save himself a lot of eternals by just buying the base item with the two desired mods and then eternal craft the other four. He's got enough eternals to craft 4 T1 mods, but not 4 T1 with Merciless and Dictators.

I do the lottery bcz to hit one of those two mods last using et/ex-Method would take 2000et+2000ex on average!!! Since ETs are legacy thats insanly costy and risky since i might get unlucky and dont be able to finish the item....I do have the ets but its just to risky!!!

I showed the Math of hitting the two mods im looking for with alt + regal on previous pages, it shows that its not as eazy as it may look the costs are around 10k ex in alts + the 2k regal!!! Thats also more than the 10 Mirrors I offer....thats why it is a lottery!

If i get those two mods the missing 4 mods arent as hard as the first two. I can use my saved up Eternals to finish the item, however it may take 400 or more et + ex with et/ex-methode aswell.
