Please consider my gear/gem

I can run map 70+ quite well but in my mind,i know something wrong

1. should i level up cwdt and immortal call?
2. should i replace bear trap with another gem?
3. big issue is my boot, idk any idea to use additional spell so i just put some gem that i think i could use it in future for exp, my boot's skill gem is junk, please help

I dont wanna be a huge pest here, but Ive got a 5l and a 6l mantle for sale if anyones interested. you can check my recent posts for my shop (warbands league)
Hey guys, I've started playing POE (again) since start of the new season on tempest league and randomly decided to go with a totem builds and followed this build which turns out to work great for me since I'm now 84 (not without a few rippy moments haha) so thanks to OP but I'd like to ask some advice to more experienced POE players concerning lategame since I am still a noob in this game, still learning the endgame content.

First I wonder why use chaos added damage as a support gem, because I've been using the lightning one for a while and I don't notice a sheet dps difference between the two except lightning can shock right so why chaos.

Also what flasks do you guys run? I use 2 life (chill & bleed), a chaos (bleed), granite (curse) and quicksilver but I'd ask for more experience players haha

Read this build is Atziri viable, is it viable as is or is there changes that would need to be done and if so which ones.

Do you guys find it rewarding to grab dex on gear to lvl the faster projectile gem? Seems like other stats like strength would benefit more and keeping faster projectile lvl 1 seems fine.

Is it worth to aim for faster projectile on a wand in an ideal scenario, does it affect totems too?

I'd also welcome any advice towards lategame like gears objectives and such.

Atm I'm slowly working my way through maps, doing 71 for now trying to build map pool to sustain so I kinda out lvl and stuff the map but I don't mind haha, I've got around 4k3 life 1k ES 13k8 dps on totem and capped resists.

Thanks in advance :).

Chaos damage goes through elemental resist mobs, so anything with +fire/lightning resist dies faster.

I use 2 life (one instant recovery/bleed and one slow recovery that i'm using all the time "just in case"), one quicksilver with defreeze, and two granites, armor and bleeding. Plus all elemental resist flasks i have crafted just when needed for some boss, and more life flasks with instant recovery for A4 shit... :-)

I would start with one piece of equip for flame totem - probably the wand, as it can benefit from that lvl 5 blind.
And why so many reduce manas? I dont think its needed, with life regen we have in this BM build you will barely notice you are casting something...

Just wanted to express my feelings about this build overall and also give a tip to ones who, maybe, want to try Consuming dark + crit with this build.

The Gear

At the moment my dps tooltip looks like:

And the defences:

With this, i cleared every and every map mods imaginable. This includes ele weakness minusmax chain lmp turbo beyound academy. for science, ofc.

So the idea behind the Consuming dark dagger is having 100% chaos dmg. This leads to HUGE benefits:
1: You no longer care about mob resists - so a "staple" fire pen support is out of your way, making it possible to use another support, much like a 6l with fire totems! (Iron will wins over crit %\multi in my setup)
2: As your no longer care about mob resists - you can swap flamm\ele weakness for another curse, which leads us to...
3: Utilizing assasins mark. There are no better damage-vise curse for us, but you need to boost your crit a bit.

So about crit:
The Consuming dark implicit helps a bit. Infernal mantle helps a lot. Witch notable "Annihilation", and the new "Shaman's dominion" with good old "Arcane potency" bumped my crit chance up to 27.65% (+9% from ass mark), and my multi sits at 318%, which is a huge dps bump.
You can also utilize Ice spear - pcoc - gmp for power charges, but from my expirience - you dont need it. atm we are clearing 75-77 maps, and i can do it solo for 3 ppl. Maybe you will need power charges on 80+ and\or atziri. After i'll get my 21 lame totem, ill post a atziri video.

Good luck, fellow lametotemzers :)

It is Damage Per Second, exactly that.

This cannot be true. My Flame Totem Tooltip shows 5K DPS but the output is nearly my friends 17k (per) Shockwavetotem. I assume it's 5K per Projectile per Totem. That would be around 30k DPS and seems more realistic?

This statement is incorrect, the tooltip DPS is the DAMAGE PER SECOND your totem will deal. When you put down two totems, that will obviously double DPS (I've tested this before someone tries to argue shotgunning. Shotgunning is a different mechanic). Also, fire penetration is not taken into consideration, you're also maybe forgetting that chaos damage naturally deals more damage than you're used to due to lower resistances the mobs have for chaos compared to other elements.

All in all, your tooltip is exactly what the DPS of your totem is, before taking into consideration enemy resistances and penetrations etc. If you still don't believe me, take out your faster casting gem link and you'll see the tooltip change (or add one if you're not using it for some reason)! :P

I don't get why removing Faster Casting would explain this. Of course I meant DPS per projectile per totem. So in my theory Faster Casting would have impact in the tooltip DPS, too.

Anyway. Watching other guys with nearly 20k Flame Totem tooltip DPS changed my mind. You were right from the beginning - but I like my idea better :D

Let's try not advertising gear sales in here - even if it is meant as a service to the other guys it can quickly turn into a trade chat :)
