[2.2 Video Guide] Beginner's Build: Dual Flame Totem, Blood Magic Chieftain [Atziri & HC/SC Viable]
why using faster projectiles? i find added lightning gives more dmg atleast thats what the tooltip is saying for me but im in progress through cruel right now so im just asking is the scaling later better with faster projectiles?

" Faster projectiles may not give you as much tool-tip DPS as added lightning, however it indirectly makes you deal more damage by having a great "aoe" = faster clear speed as it kills stuff from further away before they even get to the totem. Weekly build guides: Youtube.com/LiftingNerdBro

Happy new Year!
Good guide. I had a tabularassa but it doesn´t really work with infernal mantel (damagebonus is missing) and the change of a blue gem with a blue gem is easy. But different colour for a 6l chest... *brrr* |

" okay so it adds range to which isnt stated in the gem itself i see |

" okay so it adds range to which isnt stated in the gem itself i see[/quote] It is a secondary buff. Every projectile (for example freecing pulse) has a lifetime (flighttime). If the projectile flies faster, the distance is longer. The flametotem fire is like a "beam" the burndistance is longer. If you place at maximum range you can burn out of the screen. |

If I use the Night's Hold and put a Flame Totem on it, how far can I go just using the Night's Hold before putting Flame Totem on a 4L/5L?

Love this build! First HC character and I'm at level 80 atm. Just wondering, which gems should I increase the quality of?
