First it's complaining about globes, then the statues, then the npc's showing a bit much skin, then the blood, then Path Of Whimseyshire. This account is from 2011 and I've supported this game whenever I could afford to. These changes make me sad because I felt like it was one of the few places left in gaming where we could come and be adults, it was dark, gritty, evil and some skin of all walks were present. I really hope I'm wrong and it is just a style change, and not the wrath of a bunch of rainbow haired trust fund cry baby's throwing their toys out of the pram. And with all that said, I'm sorry but in my personal opinion the skull looks okay but the lion looks like crap and doesn't suit the game. My perception is you've lost your backbone and integrity, maybe I'm worng, either way I'm out take care and thank you for all the years of fun content. PoE genre is not that mainstream. though i wouldnt be surprised if this was part of the choice. 2.0 must suceed Either way I think people need not quit the game for that, as long as old statues wont get clothes... and we've been promised they will look into the possibility of giving older UIs as a choice. BTW Name and shame rule should really be reworked to BASELESS name and shame. See, Rachel cannot say which comments she thinks are misoginystic because it would break the rules. nvm if she's actually right or not (I dont know because lovely hugbox rules stifle discussion) There was another thread in GD where a guy claimed he got silenced (https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1312135), we cant even discuss if he was right or not since forums do not allow for him to express himself properly. I like the change, but I agree that being able to have some additional options for the UI display would be a cool feature. Some of the abrasive and melodramatic commentaries here honestly make me sad for humanity. It's a little UI change ,folks. People are on edge and very scary that their favourite game will be hurt by such bullshit. I think people should try to stay calm, GGG has been very good to us, best I've ever seen. At least give them the benefit of the doubt. Hope after the initial excitement, people will do so and continue to support the game. To be fair, PoE cant even exist within the rules of SJW fanaticism. GGG would have to destroy the game lore, design, and genre in order to please such.
