so with dual wielding wand with flat lightning you can get 20-266 added lightning with the benefit of other wand affixes and free gloves slot. Kinda makes Dom gloves looks not so interesting (unles you are after that ES)

Nice changes! The only problem for me as a pure melee player is that it will be even more difficult to roll decent daggers with these new caster mods.
Especially if you consider the nerfed chances to roll decent flat physical.
Maybe ypu should reconsider the nerf?

Status Ailment Changes

Freeze, Shock and Chill durations have been modified. These ailments now last for 60ms for every 1% of life dealt by the appropriate element, to a maximum of 50%. For example, if a monster strikes you for 10% of your life as Cold damage, you will be chilled for 600ms, or 0.6 seconds.

This is to reward players who choose to invest in ailment duration or who specialise in a single element, and to reduce the occasional massive duration Freezes, Chills and Shocks that could occur. This does make it more difficult to capitalise on status ailments such as Shock by splashing minimal amounts of added lightning damage.

These changes also provide more consistent Status Ailment behaviour.


I hope there will be changes on how it will works with Chaos Inoculation, that already sucks enough...

The downside is the immense rarity.
60% effectiveness is ridicilous with the changes to leechnumbers.
just revert them back and they are fine.

I agree.

They were already kind of hard to get what you want.

I almost wonder if they should get the jewel treatment where you can't get conflicting bonuses and the likelihood is that you get similar ones.
