regarding to the current stupid situation in 2.0 warbands, if you have 5 EX, you will buy drillneck first or carcass first ? both of them are at about 5 ex now.

Drillneck. Carcass will eventually come down in prices much more significantly.

and I was wondering if you ever considered using (Hyrri's Bite) until Drillneck. After all resists are pretty easy to cap with your tree + other items and the area increase is significant.

It's fine. I don't think you need the extra AoE personally, so I prefer to go with a life/resistance quiver but there's nothing wrong with Hyrri's Bite either. The AoE's still a nice touch.

How much would you pay a 6l white/blue bow? (lv 60+ w/out any interesting mod)
Given the 6 link bow, would you run IIR over Pierce?

1) I'd pay 3ex for a random 6L ilvl 64 bow.
2) Yes, I would run IIR over pierce, personally. If you take a look at the FAQ there's some links to discussion around MF values that inform this decision.

What would I be going for if I was going for a full performance PA build?

If by "full performance" you mean non-MF, dps-focused setup: Pierce in the 6L, Carcass Jack, Drillneck, life/resistance gear everywhere else, 30% movespeed boots, and adjusting the tree for as much projectile/chaos/DoT damage as possible, including on jewels, full acro/phase acro.

As I understand it, the next step is to work on increasing IIR on my rares until I can afford andvarius/goldwrym. Although the Sadima's touch option mentioned above looks like a possible interim step.

Yep, pretty much. You can pick up a Sadima's for 1c or less and is a good option until Goldwyrm. With the change to drop rarity for Goldwyrm, I'm going to adjust the guide later today as part of my cleanup / refinment to include this as a stepping stone to full gearing.

I can foresee this question coming:

Q. So why not just stick with Sadima's and save money?
A. Mana regen on Goldwyrm is a factor, but mostly Sadima offers nothing good defensively. That tiny ES isn't beneficial in the slightest. You can eventually get a high eva pair of gloves with life/resistance that will be more beneficial in the long run for the sake of min-maxing build stats.

I don't feel ANY difference with my PA MF build comparing to TS+puncture character.
The loot is so similar, uniques dropping so rarely, and at 82lvl still don't get ANY worth more than few chaoses... If MF looking like this, Fu*ck this shit :D :D :D

What's your mf stats currently?

Also keep in mind that MF is about three things

a) Offsetting RNG.
b) Getting more rares to sell
c) The sheer amount of alterations you get from all the rares you vendor.

Non-MF (I'm talking 0/0), I have trouble sustaining my alteration pool for maps sometimes.

Full-MF, I can make almost an exalt of alterations alone per day.

It's about the long-grind, moreso than the GG drops.

You will, over time, find better items more frequently running an MF spec than you would not running an MF spec. But yeah, you can fully expect to have day-long streaks where nothing significant drops for you.

In Torment, I went four days dropping 2-6 chaos rares or so, nothing worth more than that. Lots of Ungil's Harmony type crap uniques.

Then one day I dropped a Mjolner, two Alpha's Howls and a perfect Belly of the Beast.

It's RNG, my friend. There will be streaks.

Thanks for the reply again.

So would I get life/resist on rings?

I'm already pretty much capped out on res and I have 3.5k life @ level 71.
What caused the huge jump in price for goldwyrm boots? is it a rarer drop now or its that price because the league is still new?

I'm only 56 lvling with 4L PA/IncAOE/SP/ConcEff, too slow this league :(
Yeah the changed it to drop less frequently.

And yeah, life and resistance everywhere that isn't drillneck or carcass jack. Being overcap is fine, makes ele weakness maps less threatening

Hey Serleth I'm really loving the build and now i'm in this situation:

Spoiler

what should i take next?
I'm capped in every resistance and i'm using clarity and purity of elements aura atm.
Andvarius is hard to find even at 3 exa and goldwyrm goes out at that price.

Thank u so much
repost sorry

We'll see, still waiting for a wonder :P hehe
Cheers
Am I the only one who have a problem with life degening because of only 3.6% regen and 4.0% degen?
I manage it with endurance charges but it's not that fun. Have I missed something?
