[3.1] BERSERKER/JUGGERNAUT 288k DPS Ice Crash/EQ Crit Staff AKA "The Shattering Karui"

I'm using this build right now and I'm thinking about Belly or Atziri's Splendour ( Armour Version) Which one would be better? I'll have enough armour so that's why i didnt pick Astral plate.

Both are ok. Belly will give you more life.

Hello. I've only been playing for a few days so pardon me if I'm asking silly questions.

At what level can you respec from resolute strike to the crit builds? Do you build up points in Eagle Eye/Precision first? What passives do you prioritize moving towards after you start respeccing? A) Smashing Strikes + Whirling Barrier or B) Serpent Stance + Blunt Trauma? How about Overcharge?

You respec when you can use a very good staff, either Hegemony's Era or a rare staff with high phys and crit chance. Accuracy is very important, so be sure to be able to spec into those nodes first. Go for Blunt Trauma if you have Hegemony's, if not, it doesn't matter which you go for first.
