You are right, I stand corrected!

As for the question, IMO the attack speed on ice crash is redundant, especially crit ice crash, since you are one-shotting packs anyway. If you aren't, then that's your goal, and the best way to achieve that is by getting more phys damage, not attack speed. That's why I speced that way in the guide.

What do you think about grabbing revelry to sustain mana with mana flow instead of using Warlords mark because you can use ass mark instead?
I noticed that you dont have a single target skill in your gem setup for bosses, do you just simply use ice crash all the way through, or is there a single target gem setup we can use to make it easier?

Yes, I am using Heavy Strike still, you might go with that. I'll see as I level further if I'll be changing that.

what links you have in heavy strike?
Level 65, easy leveling (only needed to farm a bit before Cruel Kaom/Daresso and Merciless Ledge), but I really need a lot more res now, I will trade for better jewelry ASAP.

Can't run HoA + Hatred for now, I go oom too often... I don't really want to spend 2 point for Mana Flows but I might need it at the end.. :(

Some questions about skills. I've copy/pasted the relevant OP text.

6L: Ice Crash - Melee Physical Damage - Weapon Elemental Damage - Increased AoE - Increased Critical Multiplier - Increased Accuracy (for softcore) / Fortify (for hardcore) / Added Fire / Hypothermia

Utility (fortify proc + curse on hit):
4/5/6L: Flicker strike - melee splash - fortify - curse on hit - Warlord's Mark - Multistrike

4L: Hatred / Determination + HoA + Blood rage + assassin's mark
4L: CWDT - Immortal Call - Increased Duration - Phase Run
4L: Ice Golem - Minion Life - Blood Magic - Leap Slam


First, I noticed that enduring cry quality gives 3% increased aoe radius per 1% quality. Is q20 enduring cry better than increased aoe support? Or is there something that keeps the gem from working with ice crash? Does quality on rallying cry do the same? Or does the quality not effect other linked gems because these aren't tagged support? What about cast on death? That has the same quality bonus.

Why phase run? It eats frenzy charges for duration increase, but you lose the buff as soon as you attack. Could do rallying cry in that CWDT; i realize it won't proc, but it'll at least be linked to increased duration.

What about another CWDT in place of ice golem/minion life/blood magic? At least at the moment, my golem does negligible gains to my tooltip dps. Molten Shell/Decoy totem?

Quick question : would the Maligaro's Virtuosity unique gloves be a good choice for this build ? If it is, is it ok to use them until the end of the game ?

Interesting build. I was thinking of making a build like this. I am curious, why did you take celestial judgement instead of investing those points into getting martial experience? Is the penetration that important?
