Any two-handed weapon with high PHYSICAL damage, not elemental. You can also use this: http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Geofri's_Baptism till level 40 or so.

Updated for patch 2.3.

We get VERY nice buffs from the 8 ascendancy points now available, as we don't need to use warlord's mark, which frees up an aura slot. Also, we get even more DPS.

Hi, first thanks to you for this guide and the time you invest in.

If i switch to juggernaut to get the accuracy rating do you think it's better to run blasphemy/warlords for the mana sustain. Or is it better to get mana leech or jewelry and keep herald of ash ?

Both are ok options, it depends what your resources are and what you can/cannot do. Overall, I'd say DPS is better because the build is already super-tanky anyway.

How does Earthquake fit into this build with Ice Crash?

They both seem to serve the same purpose to me, both are nice high damage AoE attacks.

Do you recommend just picking one and using it, or using both at the same time in separate links?

I've noticed that I can kind of alternate between the two, Earthquake, Ice Crash (Aftershock), Earthquake again etc. but it seems kind of redundant when I could just keep using one attack.

Of course it's either/or, there's absolutely no point in using both skills.

Firstly thank you for taking the time to create this guide its much appreciated.

I'm currently level 69 and about to start running maps it I'm struggling to really understand the links I should be using and I'm a bit confused what you suggest in your main guide.

I understand the ice crash links and the cwdt + immortal call + increase duration + blood rage/phase run but after that I don't know what to run with.

I've been using flicker strike with warlords mark and aoe splash but I've just seen your comment above that suggests that it isn't needed anymore? I've also been running herald of fire and either determination / hatred or purity of fire but I'm confused as to what is the best setup, could you provide a bit of help?
