I figured it would be worth an ask since I have yet to find a build that can comfortably farm the higher tiers (t12+) so I was wanting to make sure. also small question as well, is atziri/uber within the range of this toon as well? have yet to manage a toon that can farm her reliably and have never even been able to try uber yet.

If you want to do Atziri, going melee is a pretty poor choice in general :) some of my other melee builds can farm Atziri reliably (check my 1h+Aegis build in the Marauder section), but it would be quite hard, and would take a lot of practice, to do so with this build. You could farm normal Atziri, as it is my opinion almost any build today can. Normal Atziri isn't as difficult as it is only a matter of practice and knowing the mechanics of the fight. However, Uber Atziri would be completely out of your league with this build. You should check reddit/youtube for uber atziri builds.

idk about the helm but i was thinking of using LC, is it nice?

I'm using LC to compensate damage from abyssus, this helmet giving me around 40k dps because there is tonns of crit multiplier

Abyssus is probably the best DPS boost possible for this build, but I do feel LC is necessary if you use it.

Running this build on Perandus, currently sitting at level 88. 6k hp 200%+ resistances with 50% dmg reduction without flasks or fortify. Still get 1-2 shot occasionally on higher end maps, no reflect, nothing. 90% dmg reduction with flasks and still get cranked by shit and instantly die. Sooooo. Fuck melee builds. Running Determination / Warlords mark with blasphemy.

89lvl,5.4k hp,max res,200k dps with full charges , one-shoting almost all mobs t9-13 maps (no problem with bosses) only reflect can kill me. But already love this build :)

I'm amused by the 2 last diametrically opposite comments :)

Noticed in the gems section it says increased critical damage, but in the 6L with Hege it says Increased Crit Multiplier. That isnt a gem, or did you mean Increased Critical Strikes (and which one is better if I can only take one for now)?

Once you get this node: http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Blunt_Trauma you'll be generating power charges with Era.
