I've had some great success with this build and I'm having a lot of fun. I thought I'd share a video displaying some of the strengths of this build for anyone curious about it.

I've also added my gear for those interested. I didn't start this build until I had Hegemony's in hand. The rest of the gear you can get for fairly cheap to start with but can get expensive as you look for more specific and better stats.

It's taken me a few weeks to decide, however I've settled on Mana Flows and Assasin's Mark.

The alternate config was spending the extra 2 skill points on Armour and using Warlord's Mark to take care of mana, even then my guy was bitching every now and again about mana, even with the following gear:





Not relying on Warlord's Mark for mana means I don't have to re-roll maps that have curse resistant mods.

At lvl 94 and still having the time of my life with this build :-)

Yes, Mana Flows is a surprisingly good node, and without it, even a bunch of mana leech on gear doesn't help. Glad you're enjoying it :)

I've noticed the exact same thing, I could probably get rid of my leech/regen gear now to be honest, but they cost me a fortune and I can't be arsed replacing them.

I am missing the stun component of warlords mark, however I'm enjoying how fast mobs drop with Assasin's Mark...

Aaaaand after all that, I went back to Warlord's Mark lol...

The Stun component is too powerful, stops a lot of damage, especially when you are taking hits from 4 rogue exiles...

Yep, warlord's mark is VERY nice for melee build, but even non-melee and casters...

I've been reading your 1hs Aegis build and I'm going to make the switch over, I'm struggling on bosses at the moment, probably cause I'm new to the game.

Haha, sure, some people prefer tankiness more than dps :) the transition should be fairly easy since you use most of the same gems...

can I use Abyssus Ezomyte Burgonet?
