What? Solo 5-day race? That's lame dude. The people that have that time to spend on the game are already in beta. What are you looking for?

I hope the next wave of invites will go out to people with accounts from 2012.

Fuck, shoulda gave more in one shot I guess. Meh... Back to D3...

I support high supporters being allowed to get into closed beta. Some may claim pay to win but its beta, those people really should not complain.

Obviously I am pretty happy, but I certainly didn't expect it. I was simply praying to the timer (although I don't recall many tiered supporters getting access, so maybe they were excluded from the RNG knowing they would included later).

But speaking for those that might not get access I just hope that they're given real incentive to play in the events for the next 6 weeks or so.

Some random ideas:

- Beta access to top place finishes... or a lottery system with top ranks get more tickets.

- A one-off unique jewel "Patience" that only the non-beta players receive (would need to prevent alt accounts etc).

- Some other cool alternate art or supporter pack prizes.

Good to see that GGG was able to concoct something and show a little appreciation to the bigger supporters. :)

I did support GGG and am a great fan of the game, but was not expecting to read through such comment posted by GGG... Sounds like pay to win scenario in a polite polished form.

Right idea wrong implementation...access for supporters should be based on total amount of support and not by who's given enough in a single donation.
