Hyrri's Bite recipe revealed!

That is actually a very cool recipe for early league.

RoA is mud flats reward and a chance + amu are easy enough early on.

Cool stuff. I dig it.

If it was without any fancy ingredients this could have been very useful.

Problem is, by the time you accumulated quality gems to use recipes for, you can buy a hyrri's quiver for a chance orb making it redundant :').

Now if it was without quality and without a rare amulet = excellent recipe for early game quiver push on archers.

Now by the time you get to use the quiver it is useless.

1) either you find a quality RoA early on = your not gonna sacrifice it, but rather use it.

2) rare amulets are precious early on in a league

3) by the time both of those things reduce in value, so has the quiver in itself

edit : Le fuck? 5-10C on hyrri's early league, you must be kidding mate. Also its close to useless on TS compared to a rare quiver with flat damage rolls.

All true, but you can now mass produce it if you want to vaal a certain implicit mod. Given it isn't the most exciting item but it would be amazing if this crafting method could be expanded to other common uniques.

^yeah i agree on-top of that, it's also extremely usefull for "self-found" characters.

Having these recipes available gives them a "minimum set of gear", i do hope more get added.

But yeah +1 for discovery and +1 for future recipes like this. Just a "tad" sad the cost makes it redundant when it could really be useful to players. I guess, this could actually have something to do with the easy vaal access then etc.

Yay for the discovering. You have done well sir.

I hope that new recipes like that are added for many uniques. If they have to be a lot more expensive than market value, so be it, but doing things on your own is fun.

Question: would Tora help to find quality gems, and with some luck that specific gem? I don't know how races work, maybe for short ones this will be forever useless, but sounds fine for a long race...

All masters can give quality gems at a certain lvl threshold (i think its 3 or lvl 4) so not sure if that's helpful, lvl 3/4 is at merciless i think :).
